Sparky's Roadside Barbecue - Miami - Photo album

We found Sparky’s by a google search for near by restaurants. The atmosphere was very cool and staff very friendly. The bbq was different than what I’m used (St Louis style) to but very good. I had the baby back ribs and brisket with fries and baked beans. The brisket was in a sauce and very tender.
Casual bbq spot with service above and beyond expectations. Awesome beer selection both on draft and bottle. Server knew everybeer, very impressive. deserts: just get the banana pudding and thank me later. Chicken tenders are fantastic. Biggest suprise was the salad was actually really nice. As f
This is one of the few gems of downtown Miami. The reason? Great food and a wide selection of beer. The place gets really crowded specially during lunch hours and Fridays, which can make the wait longer, but I definitely a tasty option for meat lovers. And if you bring a vegan friend they have salad
First - great beer selection - beer 12 on tap and a wide variety of bottled. The brisket cheese steak sandwich with peppers was excellent. I am a collared greens fan and they don't disappoint. The pecan pie was excellent. It doesn't hurt that the server was really nice.
Came here with two friends on a week night with a little over an hour before their closing. The staff was immediately helpful and very very friendly which is always a thumbs up in my book. Our server recommended a craft beer for everyone at the table based on their preference and I can't remember wh
Update review on this reataurant. Due to Covid 19, the restaurant cannot accomodate customers inside, however they now have tables with nice parasols outside for your convenience. Go ahead and support your neighbors and local businesses. We need to keep in mind that all members of staff count on the
Great tasting BBQ! I had a lunch meeting there and was expecting the typical BBQ joint, but I was very much surprised. The pulled pork was "melt in your mouth" deliciousness. Paired with your craft beer of choice and you just can't go wrong. ❤ 🍖 🐖
Great little place. Was not expecting much when walking over to it in this business district. Pleasantly surprised with some yummy bbq. His dry rub ribs were a bit better than my wet tinier ones, but the brisket was great! We got th blast corn bread and I dont think they have another corn alternativ
We had been at the Pérez Art Museum Miami and were looking for a place close enough but not your usual tourist stop. The reviews were promising and though none of us is a barbecue fan we decided to give it a try. We are glad we did. The place atmosphere feels authentic, the food was great and the se
Had a craving for some brisket but decided to have the sausage sandwich instead. WOW. the fries that came with it were devoured in a minute and the sandwich rocked my appetite. Staff are friendly and fun too.
Everything was delicious. We had the catfish fingers the side of bacon the pulled pork and the brisket. the brisket was sliced extremely thin as if it was going on a sandwich rather than in a larger chunk as if to be eaten on its own. Their hoisin BBQ sauce was incredibly delicious. Also they ha
Just wow. Haven't been to other ribs places in Miami, but I have been to other places in the world and this restaurant is up there. The place is amazing. Really friendly. The menu is varied and delicious. I ordered the guava habanero ribs. Totally recommend those. And get a side of beans! Best side
Great BBQ and super friendly staff! Got the ribs with sides. There’s a wide selection of different sauces, and plenty of ribs to try each one. Place had a good vibe and was a fun little hangout for lunch. Remember to save room for desert!!!
Sweet, laid back spot to get good BBQ. I got the pulled pork sandwich and my dad got the fried catfish sandwich. The pulled pork was juicy and delicious. We also finished the meal with their homemade brownie with whipped cream--so good. The guys working there were friendly and attentive. Plus, they
This experience was amazing. Best food that I've had in Miami thus far, as well as the cheapest. If you are in downtown Miami this is a must. The food was great, the homemade sauces were amazing and the customer service was immaculate. They greeted us as soon as we walked in, ask multiple times if
Small, hole-in-the-wall, type establishment. Good food, fair prices, exceptional service. Girlfriend and I shared a 1/2 dry-rub rack with two meats and sides, was more than enough to share. Only two servers working but both were on top of their game ensuring everyone was cared for, better than can b
The beef brisket and pulled pork are very juicy and delicious. They go very well with the BBQ sauce. Unfortunately, the collard greens we're too sour and the baked beans were too sweet.
Went for a bite to eat. And the service was fast(Hospitality unmatched) The host was very polite and readily available. The food was tasty and filling. I had the smoked boneless chicken, mashed(sweet)potatoe, the fries which was amazing and a 🍺. My woman had the collard greens with the ribs and bean
