Amicable staff, plenty of parking in the lot. Ambiance with music in the open mall is unique. Food was good, consistent across the chain (locations). Chicken salad was great, a little too much dressing. Lettuce wraps were good. Outdoor seating was a good setting (even in winter!)

Friendly staff, very affordable prices and the food is very tasty. Huge plates (1 salad could be more than enough for 2 people for lunch) and obviously the cheesecakes are great though id recommend the simpler ones (original or basque)

We had an excellent lunch experience today at the restaurant, mainly due to the excellent service provided by the server Leo. He was informative regarding the food, and pleasant on every aspect throughout the meal service. It’s not common nowadays finding servers that are so well rounded in all aspects of the dining experience, and we would suggest that this server should be considered for an ascension within your institution. The amount of protein in the salads needs to be more for the price, but the flavor combinations were very good.

My first experience at the Cheesecake Factory...
Very friendly personnel. Took his time to help.
Made sure we didn't miss anything without being overwhelming.
The food was delicious and had big enough portions.
For fun we took two cheesecake cakes home... What an experience... Delicious cakes, every single bite.
I would like to say I'll be coming back soon... But for my own protection and that is my body. Let's keep this type of visit to a minimum. 😁

This chain has a consistent quality across the board. Thus patrons know what to expect in terms of flavours, textures, aromas and quality and quantity. This applies to beverages, desserts, food and even the odour as you enter. What makes the experiences differ is the service. That variation can make it a good to a great experience.
I'll say this though, I have never been disappointed, even when the establishment is crowded and pumping !

Its a must everytime i visit USA. The food is amazing. I ordered honey truffled chicken and the smashed potatoes amazing. The classic chessecake its the best.

I love the menu. There is something for everyone, from the food to the dessert. Enjoyed trying something new. The service was great! As busy as they were, on a Saturday night, we got our food without a long wait.

My favorite place! The service was very good and the food is always delicious. Since we were only 2, we had no wait time.

They have Green Chilaquiles on the weekend brunch but don’t advertise the dish if you don’t know how to do it. This was really disappointing. Our server Gabriela was really nice and most of the times food is good if you like pasta.
