Taco Bell

This place sucks. It took forever to get my drink and 2 tacos, it was 4pm with nobody in there really (customer wise). So idk what took so long. I ate the crispy chicken taco in the car and I headed on about my day. And then at 9pm when I want to eat my gordita. It's some kind of chicken and cheese wrap. Unreliable taco bell... just unreliable

First off I ordered the threeSOFT tacos combo like I ALWAYS do, and this is the third time it’s been wrong. This time I was like screw it they were busy, but really? This shell isn’t even a shell it’s falling apart and I need a dang fork to eat a freaking taco! Ridiculous. I’d rather wait in the line of Chick-fil-A if this is going to be the case every time I come here. (Which is regularly). At the drive up window I even repeated myself three times. Three soft tacos regular. I get three hard shell tacos which is hard for me to eat already. All I can say is wow. I originally wanted a beef quesirito which you can only order through the mobile app? What, so if I place the order for pickup through my phone I can order it but I can’t order it at the window cool.

Whoever was on staff at 10 pm on 4/9, the service was amazing. I made a order thru the app and the food was ad close to the picture on the menu as possible, and that never happens. The young man even went the extra step to letting me know what items weren't at their peak and recommended alternatives. He is exactly the person who should be nurtured for a management position.0

Truly the worst Taco Bell you can go to! They skimp you out of your food. When our add ingredients to your order thy charge you snd they never make it like you asked them to! The managers here are the worst!! The actually employees at the window (cashier) are much nicer than they are! Truly upsetting that they hat I can’t go to the Taco Bell that’s 5 minutes form me because of their worst serving and ave to drive down further to get what I pay for!
