We had a great dinner at El Pimento the owner Veruska came out an talked to us, she takes a lot of pride in her food.
The waiter is a very Centurion we had a great time.
Everything is fresh and tasted wonderful.
We can highly recommend this restaurant.

Well we got here 20 mins before the kitchen closed and our waiter still sat us. We ordered a few tapas (patatas bravas, garbanzo fritos, chistora riojana, and tostones rellenos). They were all amazing, and were served quickly. The Sangria pitcher is awesome and you can get two full glasses each (
