First time I came to this restaurant was about 3 years ago 2019 and it was awesome. I was recently here and it was horrible. The service was horrific. Our waitress was super nice but they didn’t have most of the drinks at the menu. It got to a point that we told her to just bring us what they had. The food was good but it took forever to the point that they gave us complementary shots. At this point I was thinking about writing a review but it was until I went to the bathroom that I decided to post a review and pictures of how disgusting the bathroom was. (See pictures here attached.) I was extremely disappointed and I wouldn’t recommend this place again. There are other better places in Miami at this moment than Mandrake.

Wagya Tomahawk was nothing short of amazing. Great vibe, decorations, and atmosphere, we have excellent service from our waiter as well as the manager Juan. Even though they were fairly busy, service was really quick for drinks and food. They have a magician who will preform for you with lots of energy and really bring to life the night. Drinks were really tasty too. We had the Wagya fried rice which I highly recommend as it was incredibly tasty and didn’t break the bank (had to order on to take home!). First class service and delicious food really makes this a 10/10. I will be coming back again soon.

One of my favorite restaurants in MIAMI so far !! The service was exceptional , Benny made the most extraordinary cocktails ! My favorite was the Doragon, it has a hint of vanilla, raspberry , with mezcal ! We also ordered the 32oz Tomahawk steak and it exceeded our expectations!

Cool spot! Interior design very nice! The food we had was delicious! Great music and loved the fire dancing entertainment! I had called during the day to make sure they have valet parking and I was told yes but unfortunately there was no valet so parking was a mission. When we made the reservation we didn’t know they were still in soft opening and certain menu items weren’t available so the choice on a very small menu was even more limited. But overall a nice evening! Wishing them much success!

Absolutely love this place!! Went for the first time yesterday for a birthday celebration. This is the place to go for any events. I love how versatile the different sections are, you can go for drinks, dinner/club vibes or a quaint date outside. This is definitely a place for pictures however I feel like they definitely need to add lighting to those picture perfect areas. I love the vibe so I understand why it’s dark but a few spotlight areas would help with promo too because it’s picture perfect. Service is top tier from the bar to the people helping out by the bathroom and everyone that grabbed a door for me. I was checked on frequently by managers (I think) which is great. Definitely not cheap but not really more expensive than any other place providing these services. I would like to see more appetizers on the menu. Thanks for the experience and it’s a plus to see that the people working there genuinely enjoy the ambiance too.

Great flavors and good scene. I came in with my young children pretty late after flight was delayed several times and they were very accommodating. Server Chris, was amazing. She went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and tried her best to get the food to us as quick as possible. I dinged it one star because the prices were high for the portion sizes.

The service was good, but the food is a rip off. A meal and 2 drinks will cost you 150 per person.. and its not that great. 4 people we paid over 650. Tip is included at 22%. They told us the show would be at 1030 and forced us to leave the show would not start till 1130. The time kept changing. Go somewhete else. Trust me unless its a few drinks, but all drinks are 20 plus the 22% almost 30 per drink. You can go to better places for your money.

The staff was nice, but poor organization. Our food was mixed up multiple times and so were the drinks. The maki rolls were no different than what you get at a cheap sushi place in the mall. Sea bass was very nice, our steak was served cold. The server was nice and trying hard to make it right, manager got tequila shots for our table. Glad I checked our final bill as it had few items that were not supposed to be there. There was no entertaintment on Saturday night, other than a card magician going around the tables. The design/ambiance was awesome. That was the only thing we liked. Overall too many things went wrong that night due to poor organization that could've been prevented with better management.
