I loved this place amazing service we had water bottles empty and they filled it up with ice! They were super nice and the burgers and milkshakes were amazing and their fries were delicious definitely 100,000/10.

Very expensive for what it is.
We got a burger and a milkshake each with a side of Parmesan fries. With a 20% tip, it came to $95 (didn't notice that they add a service charge on top of the food, already).
The topping options seemed very limited. Food was okay but definitely a lot worse than The Counter that we've visited in Dublin, Ireland. The Parmesan fries were bland and dry in comparison to the one there.
The people serving were very friendly and checked on us a few times. Ordering over the virtual menu was a bit annoying to have to do.

We ended up here, for 4+ hours, due to flight delays and cancelations. They food was pretty good and they had a decent enough beer selection for an airport eatery. I would not hesitate to go again.
!!!!Buyer Beware!!!! They add in 18% gratuity on your bill, even for a party of two! If you didn't notice it on your original receipt you'd never know it happened. The final CC slip you sign also has a gratuity line and suggested amounts. So sneaky! Almost every person was tipping double without even realizing it.

The staff was very kind and accommodating, although seeming to be understaffed during a lunch rush. My order of the regular cheeseburger took about 20 minutes to be fulfilled along with the rest of my table's order. The meal itself was nothing special, and definitely not worth a price of $18.00 per person.

Airport eatery so atmosphere is what it is for a busy terminal at a busy airport. Touchless ordering on their app, which can cause double orders when the airport WiFi gets wonky. Good service, burger was cooked to order and was delicious. Fries were a tad weak. All in all a good place for a bite while waiting on your flight.

Decent food. Service charge of 18% was unexpected by our group. We imagine that's for gratuity which we all manually loaded on so they got extra tip money. We are not world travelers that is why it was unexpected by us.
