I’m so glad there is a delicious bakery in Miami Beach. There’s a good variety of French pastries. It very refreshing to see in Miami. I’m so tired of Cuban pastries and faux French pastries. This bakery reminds me of LA or NYC bakeries. I only tried the Pain suisse. They have a chocolat croissant but someone bought the last one before me. It’s made in small batch so get there early! Things sell out quickly.

Amazing bakery - the passion for their products comes across from the staff as soon as you walk in. I got the almond croissant, blt sandwich and choc cookie - all exceptional.

My favorite bakery in Miami!! Its definitely on the pricier side but worth every dollar. Their donuts are phenomenal and my current favorite. They only make them on Saturday’s and most Sundays after 10am (double check the menu on their site). The caramel one is my favorite if you get a chance to order it.
During thanksgiving, they take orders for pumpkin pies. My family orders them from True Loaf every year with fail and always gets me so excited for dessert time.
Its been so incredible watching this bakery grow over the past 8 years I’ve lived in Miami and my go to for weekend treats

Croissants taste like they’ve been made France. Same for the bread. Always a line at this place and for a good reason, their baked goods are the best on the beach if not Miami itself.

Exceptional! I feel fortunate to have True Loaf in Miami. Great selection of interesting, delicious and super fresh pastries & bread. Most times I’ve visited there has been a small line of people out the door— no surprise why! 👍🏼👍🏼

Amazing pastries but workers are in la-la land 100% of the time and have zero sense of urgency. Next thing you know you’re in like for 15 minutes for a pastry that takes 30 seconds to hand over the counter and cash out. Ridiculous, they’re lucky they’re good pastries.

I blame the ridiculous real estate prices for a $5 croissant and a small skinny sandwich for $10. Those plus an Orangina and a 1$ tip ran me about $21. They don't post prices, but that's part of the appeal.
I appreciate the one customer at a time policy during Covid. It's not a lot of space, so it makes us feel safe as my wife is immuno-compromised.
The food is good, but it looks better than it tastes to be honest. I would call it almost premium food is a premium neighborhood. It reminds me of The Salty Doughnut in Wynwood. High Instagram-ability food, but just decent to good on the palate. Nothing spectacular.
Their saving grace really is the service. They are very nice, helpful and friendly. It's probably what keeps me coming back. That and the lack of similar options in the area.
I'm happy for people who can afford to eat here as their regular bakery. It is unfortunate that they are prohibitively expensive for the average person to eat here more than once in a while. But like I said in the beginning, it's more the booming real estate affecting prices than anything.

I went once and had the cinnamon bun and almond croissant and both were phenomenal. Place is pretty cute and smells amazing inside.
