Breakfast here was good and the staff was fantastic. The fare is. Typical for breakfast, but the prices are pretty good for Miami Beach and the outdoor seating is really lovely. The coffee was very good and was served with warm cream. We ate breakfast there twice and the manager checked on us both times to make sure the experience was good.

My husband and I had the breakfast buffet and it was really average, like not worth what we paid and there was a salad bar area and there were nats surrounding the salad, it almost made me lose my appetite.
The service was also slow, no one was rude but everyone seemed to busy to acknowledge our prescence and indifferent to us. Everytime I tried to order coffee the hostess would just be like "let me get your server" okay but 20mins went by and there was no server, I just wanted coffee and we were going to be self-serving anyways lol granted we came here during spring break so they could have been short staffed. But it left a bad taste in our mouths. 75$ for a two breakfast buffets that were average and bad service.
Rather have paid $100 for better food and service.
Literally just gave it 2 stars cause my husband and I did eat. But if you come here for breakfast don't do the buffet. Can't speak on anything else.

A la carte breakfast is preferred as opposed to buffet option. Slow Floridian service but friendly. Eggs benny on avocados, shrimp & chicken tacos, Ceviche, guacamole & grilled options.

Had conch fritters and fish tacos that left me ill 30 minutes after consuming. Two stars because wait staff was very kind and atmosphere is stunning.

I have never written a review before of a restaurant, however, this one was so bad I needed to write this. First, our waiter was distant and the service was poor. He knew nothing about the menu or the drink choices. In addition, he looked a mess. They tacked on gratuity for 20% when we were going to leave a 20 for a 320 dollar bill because the server was not trained at all. Second, when you order a vodka soda, you don't put in the most expensive vodka in and charge us 16 bucks. House alcohol is implied. The food was ridiculously over priced and portions were small. The drinks were way too sweet, especially, that party pink drink. Avoid at all cost if you want to waste your money.

Great place and in the chaos of South Beach on a Saturday night we made a reservation and this place was empty. Great outdoor seating area. Ordered a salad and ribeye. All amazing. Brussel sprouts were great, I could eat the grilled plantains until I exploded they are so good. Service was okay - but overall good food, reasonably priced for Miami and great for a romantic and quiet date night.

My wife and I decided to book a last minute trip to get away for the weekend. With very little planning and great desire to have a great time, we went to Florida. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the staff, the place had a great vibe, there was a scent that made it feel like we were ready for an awesome time. The music was good, untill it was just techno ALL the time. My only feedback would be to change it up a little. After all, it is South Beach. A little Spanish music can't hurt. We met Damian at check-in. What an awesome guy!!! Pleasant, great attitude, offered an upgrade, made sure we felt great as we were checking in. Right away checked to see if we can get to our room. It wasn't ready, so he took our bags while we went for lunch. We didn't event get to walk around the corner and the room was ready; Impressive. We decided to go back and finish checking in. We changed our minds and decided upgrade to a balcony room. Damian was not even fazed with the change, he was happy to accommodate our indecision. During our small talk, we shared that our trip was a last minute thing and come to think of it, my wife and I will be celebrating our 21st anniversary in a few weeks. Damian made our trip, a special last-minute moment, an even better one. He was determined to make sure we have a memorable vacation. He checked on places for us to visit and eat. The room we changed our minds to was not ready again, no big deal, we are already having a good time just being there. We took Damian's advise and went for lunch where Damian recommended. Upon our return, he made sure he asked about our experience at the restaurant. It was great! As we were having that small talk, another guest politely interrupted our conversation to thank Damian for his recommendation. That says a lot about Damian's passion to treat his guests in the best way possible. Maggy, the person in charge of the pool was always on point. Upon leaving, the manager, forgive me if i spell your name incorrectly, or got the wrong name, Kristan, was extremely pleasant and good humor. We shared that as we were packing to check-out, the AC stopped working. I joked around that they really wanted us out. He went along with the joke and made it better when he showed me a temp controller they have at the desk. We had such a great time there, that it didn't even bother us. One last recommendation, nothing to do with everyone we directly interacted with, please put some effort on the drinks. We asked for a pitcher of Mojito while at the cabana, it was just tasteless lemon water with sugar. We didn't order one more drink at the hotel after that. Because of the people we had direct contact with, including the staff in charge of housekeeping, the bell boys, the young guys and girls at the pool making sure we have our towels, etc, all of their personalities, care and professionalism, I'm still giving Nautilus 5 stars.

Amazing hotel with amenities that are spectacular. These were taken from the rooftop patio lounge that was being built . The rooms and restaurant were perfect for not leaving this property. With a beach at your back door and the pool at just the rite temp staying here is the most pleasant way to see Miami beach.
