One of the more popular Fast Food grilled chicken restaurant chains in the area, orders prepared in front of you, good value and tasty. Gave 3 stars because the seating area and the restaurant in general could use some cleaning, we decided to take our food home because all the available tables were dirty, so recommend it more for takeout or delivery.

I wouldn’t bring my family here if we were all starving and the food was free. Don’t get me wrong, the food is amazing, it’s waiting the 65 minutes for the food and being ignored by the workers and try to get them to recognize that you are even there, that’s the problem. There is no order to this establishment at all, it’s complete and utter chaos. It is simply and hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life, it put me in a bad mood. It was such a negative experience. The workers will literally laugh and make snarky comments, when you simply ask if your order is ready. Believe me I would understand if these workers were getting frustrated if people were asking after 3 minutes of waiting for their food. Not 30 minutes. I could seriously write a book about the terrible staff and customer service of this location. I am almost pretty sure they used one of the workers cars and put cones in front of the drive through to close it off to make their lives easier. Regardless, these workers clearly hated their lives and their jobs and it reflected exactly that. This is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Who runs this P.o.s? If the store is closed let it be known loud and clear visibly etc. I’ve now witnessed 6-10 people go thru what I went thru. freaking lunch time, people hungry, it says open online but you pull up and it’s a ghost town. Why am I the one directing traffic and putting the cones to block the drive thru? I need answers 🤦‍♂️ Pollo I need a paycheck 😆

I don’t blame the employees cause they seemed extremely busy and the lines were crazy but the fact that I saw my food being prepped asked for more beans in my container and got given this after a 15 minute wait for a mobile pickup food was warm and tasted good but all the portions were running out or I had the last of that batch

These people work so hard. This place is so under staffed. They always do a good job! They food is what it is. It's naughty delicious. Had the Creole Shrimp and I was definitely satisfied.My toddler lives the black beans and rice but he spilled it all over the ground in the restaurant last night. Thank you for taking care of that!
