Place was very clean, food was hot but just ok and customer service was not very good. Nobody was friendly or talked to you. The young lady stared at us until we gave her our order. No words no nothing! Then handed us the food. Again no words no nothing! So weird!

I was pleasantly surprised to have had a very easy and smooth drive-through visit as usually there is a backup of cars and it takes about 20 minutes to get through. When I got there (around lunchtime no less), I was able to order immediately, then pay/pick up my lunch which was handed to me by a very nice staff member smiling ear to ear, and be on my way all in about 5 minutes!! As a bonus...the order was exactly correct! Very happy with my experience!

Having been to a large number of white castles over the years from Chicago to New York and on to Long Island I can say without a doubt this is by far the best White Castle! The food has been spot on every single time and it's a stop we have to make, there are other locations but this one is the best!

Food is always pretty good. However, it seems like you always have wait long periods of time just to order and then to get your food. They seem to always be short-handed. It was like this b4 Covid as well.

The ladies on the overnight shift are always great help and hard workers. My orders are always correct and get it to me fast. Working the overnight is hard enough so I just wanted to give them some cudos for doing a great job....thank you!!

No complaints my family tried the Sloppy Joe sandwich. I had my usual onion rings and a milkshake. It wasn't busy when we were there. No walk in orders drive thru only. We sat and ate in the car. I did notice the parking look could use a little attention "cleaning". Most of the trash was items they didn't sell.

We live in New Hampshire, so there are no White Castle's nearby. So every time we road trip I always make sure White Castle is a stop. The food was great, quick and friendly service, what more could you need!

Nice place to get some fast food. I'm not a fan of fast food, but I'm visiting NJ and tried it out! Fries were not crunchy , sliders were decent.
