Kfc / Taco Bell

If I could give no stars I would. We were asked to pull up because we had an order for 5. We sat there patiently for about 10 minutes and noticed that the drive thru was empty. Went inside to ask what is taking so long. Said it was coming. I asked for mild sauce and heard someone say “OH MY GOD” got our food and went to eat it. Noticed that the sour cream I ordered on one pizza wasn’t there. Took it back in and they said it is inside the pizza (I have ordered at multiple locations and never seen them put sour cream inside a pizza). I told my husband the sour cream was inside and he proceeded to eat and informed me that there was no sour cream in the pizza.

Lady at the drive thru had a straight up attitude and was very rude. I was telling her my order (I had a small order for both the kfc and taco bell) and nobody was behind me in the drive thru . I wasn't even there but maybe two minutes and she raised her voice and caught attitudes for no apparent reason at all. The food is good but it isn't THAT good that I wanna do business with ignorant behind workers. I will be going elsewhere next time. Time for y'all to boot those workers and hire new!

I would have given no stars if I could of!! I stopped at 8:30 through Drive Thur in Metter GA. Off the intestate 16 . To have the manager on duty be rude 😒 🙄 to me. I asked if they had cheese potatoes and got oh Jesus rude like and then a yes. So I ordered that and then placed an ordered Chicken Quesarito Meal. AND SHE SAID IMA BOUT TOO. AND Yelled the number K 7 or which ever and proceeded to ask me what else I wanted!! I asked if she was ok and she got smart and asked if I was ok. Then I drove around to the window asked the three young ladies who look scared of her who the manager was and they pointed to her then I asked them for the district managers number and they looked at me like they had no ides what to do.ive never seen a manager horrible at their job like this woman .

Taco Bell and KFC in one location? How can you be that? Obviously you really can't except ... I did spend quite a few minutes setting up an online order to find out when I went to place the order I could not place the order at the Taco Bell at which I was sitting in the parking lot. I could place it at one about 15 mi away but that wasn't terribly convenient. So I decide I will pull up to the window and just place an order old school. Oh yeah and because I didn't place the order online I didn't get the free offer thing which was apparently online only along with the pricing for the $5 meal deal box which was, yes, online only. The mayo cost me twice with it would have if I've been able to place the online order which did bother me a bit but not as much as it did when I pulled up to place my order and the sign in front of me said please come inside for a mobile order pickup. At this point my mind was filled with bewilderment. Oh in my pocketbook wasn't quite as full as it had been because ... yeah I paid twice as much. But the bewilderment continued when I found out my order was placed correctly but wasn't correct and so instead of getting what I thought I was getting I got a little bit less so I would probably just guesstimating I paid 125% more than the online order would have cost.
