Taco Bell

This was the absolute WORST EXPERIENCE I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell, at any “fast food” place actually. This place was so gross! I don’t even mean a bit dirty. This place is disgusting!! Barf 🤢 🤮 We ended up walking out after waiting 25 minutes for five tacos that turned out to be a joke. Picture above. There wasn’t anything in any of them and they were flung together. The bathroom was SOO COLD I couldn’t sit on the seat if I wanted to. Never mind the grease all over the doors and windows. Soda and sticky floors. The employees WERE SO RUDE TOO!!! Pardon me for asking “How long?” After waiting 25 for a couple tacos. Come on. TERRIBLE. If I could I wouldn’t give a star at all.

I prefer homemade tacos it's fresh hot and tasty, I use to eat Taco bell in my teens growing up the tacos were better bigger fresher, stacked up. Now them tacos are small , slim, skimpy, cheap cold and the meat don't taste good at all. This is why I stop eating at taco bell. It's cheaper of you buy the things you need to make tacos your way at Market basket make the meat spicy or not and you can eat as many as you want and it's Fresher and tastes really good and it's HOT and you can make them as Healthy as you can or Not.

Takes incompetence to an entirely and awesomely new level. Couldn't believe my eyes in the half hour it took for our simple order... Completely botched, everything was wrong, power bowl came without any protein with brown lettuce tasting of the dishwasher, messed up on my burrito supreme and gave me Doritos hard taco and then blamed and charged me the difference. Quesadilla had no ingredients in most of it, extremely bare and dry. Flavors were completely bitter and off. 5 other people had significant issues with orders as we waited for ours... Absolutely laughably unbelievably incompetent to the level of a comedy. This is the worst taco bell I've been to, and I've been to dozens...

Snobs may sneer that it's not real "mexican food"... but who cares? It's tasty, affordable, convenient, healthier than its reputation (if you choose carefully) and a welcome change from the usual drive-thru fare. The wait is longer than other places, but I understand the menu is broad and the items involve more prep than slapping a burger on a bun. I only wish more stores supported the app so I could order in advance. It would make order accuracy and wait time less of an issue.

The drive through line is short so it overflows into the lane of travel for the rest of the strip mall. The line is always long. At least a half hour wait. The line also wraps around and blocks the parking for the restaurant. You're either blocked in or out. The food is marginal at best. It usually has begun becoming a soggy mess.

Lousy operation. Went tonight, and Google said they were open until 11. We were there at 9:15, and the staff was upset because they were in the middle of closing. Super rude, and we paid the extra $ for tomatoes on our tacos, and they didn’t even put them in them. Super dissatisfied. Corporate restaurants are not good. Support your local mom and pop spots.
