TERRIBLE SERVICE EVERY TIME!
I placed my mobile order through the app. I used one of my rewards points and the guy who was taking orders at the speaker decided to MODIFY or REMOVE my rewards redemption in order to charge me full price when I pulled up to the window. Not only did they charged me full price but also tried CHARGING me DOUBLE by stating the charge "doesn't appear" on their system. I showed them my bank regarding the amount OVER CHARGED and they still ignored it and requested me to pay again.
After going back and forth about their mess they said the order was somehow "now showing in their system". They refused to acknowledge and honor my reward points used when placing my order. They still charged me full price. Not even a partial refund. What a scam!
I drove off extremely upset only to get back on the drive thru line – the bag they handed me was the WRONG ORDER. When I finally pulled up to the window AGAIN no one ever apologized. They were very rude and it clearly showed they didn't care whatsoever. Very rude and unprofessional staff. They need to hire competent individuals and train better customer service because this is definitely not it. TERRIBLE SERVICE is an understatement!

Depending on the shift mentality working at that time you may find yourself being ignored while waiting to place your order. Recently that experience has lessened to a degree. I'd like to mention one other issue. The display case with morning pastry appears to have leftovers in the case. The cookies look fresh/new yet other items are visually unappetizing. The same frosted item had the same cracks from a prior visit. Gross is a better description. The pies are dry and withered to a degree that one would wonder when they were last traded out for a new item for display. Again, gross is a better description. I will say this...the most recent new hires we've experienced are helpful and appear hardworking in comparison to earlier months. Treat them well..good people are hard to find.

1 star that's all I can give. Spent 15min. In line to order then 20 min.waiting for my order. I asked for a #1 large with 50/50 iced tea no ice and this is what i got. A bid mac with 3 strips of lettuce and EXTRA EXTRA special sauce, cold fries, and wait for it 50 50 coffee and tea not 50 sweet tea 50 reg. tea are you freaking kidding and for all my wait I was afforded a coupon for a sm.fry I am deciding to never go to another McDonald's at all it's never worth the aggravation. This place was horribly run yesterday. There was nobody inside to take orders, only two touch screen monitors. The key pads for both monitors were broken, but with no signs indicating so. Drive thru took 7 minutes in line from placing my order to receiving food with only 3 cars in front. This was a disastrous experience.

I stopped in Wed. PM 7.6.22 and ordered a crispy chicken, small coke and fries.
One small bite of the chicken was enough. The chicken was burned dark, hard and bitter. I ask for my money back and left.
I have been going to Mcdonalds for sixty one years but I have had enough bad experiences lately that I quit.

I pulled up to the drive-through window to order breakfast and was greeted immediately saying something if I wish to use the app I said no and then I was completely ignored for a few minutes wasting my time. I ended up leaving

They need to start stating the correct hours. Covid has been a thing for 2yrs. You drive up. Lights on. Automated voice asks if you're using your app....and that's it. Yet employees are there as nd say NOTHING. If they're closed just say so. What's so hard? And even if I call to see, nobody answers yet that little robot asks if I'm using the app....like why is that even set up if the store isn't accepting orders???

The worst McDonald's I've ever been through in my whole life. Always an issue with food and charging money for it. It's either only Cash days, or only CC days. It's frustrating. I've filed numerous complaints and nothing has been resolved at All. And check always your order because 90% of the time it's wrong!!
