Pizza Hut

I have always had a good experience with them. Pizza has always been hot, in store service has been prompt and polite. However the reason for my lack of stars is I was sitting inside yesterday waiting for my order when a woman came in, not sure if it was a manager or owner. She went behind the counter and started to berate one of the employees in front of customers and staff. This made it extremely uncomfortable. I'm a manager and if you have a problem with one of your staff you talk to them in private, you don't yell at them in public!

I ordered bread sticks and a veggie lovers original pan pizza. Both were severely underbaked. The pizza crust was still white and tasted like dough in some parts. It was clear that either the oven temp was off or it did not spend enough time in the oven. There was a general lack of care and effort put into making this order and it makes me want to think twice about ordering from pizza hut

Went here a little less than a year ago and felt the need to leave a review even now. We showed up right as they opened, there was only one employee present and this man was a gift from the food gods. I dont know his name, but he was bearded with tattoos. This was the BEST pizza hut I've ever had. He deserves a raise, a promotion, a trophy, everything.

After 3 bad experiences at this particular pizza hut i decides to give it another try..( i used to love their pizza) I Placed an online order for delivery..20 minutes later got a call back that they do not have a delivery driver on duty to deliver the order. The guy told me i need to pay with a credit card to have my order delivered thru door dash. I declined because i DO NOT USE DOOR DASH and i dont have my credit card available at the moment.. The man on the phone got disrespectful and told me the food was ready and that i needed to pay for it 😂😂😂😂 SORRY NOT MY PROBLEM YOU PEOPLE DIDNT REALIZE YOU HAD NO DRIVER FOR DELIVERY. PERHAPS DISABLE DELIVERY ON YOUR WEBSITE... needless to say i will not give them another shot this time

Ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic knots. One was a pepperoni with buttery garlic crust stuffed with cheese and extra sauce. The other was a meat lovers with buttery garlic crust. Both of the pizzas were dry due to very little to no sauce on them and the crust on both of them had no buttery garlic seasoning on them. I guess that's what $45 dollars gets you!!! Never again will I eat at any Pizza Hut!!!
