The food was ok. But the customer service was terrible. Drive thru person didn't say a single word to me. I thanked her when she handed me my card back but she rushed to close the window to talk to her co workers. I'm not asking for a full blown conversation but a " you're welcome" would've been nice, I would have even accepted a head nod. This is not the first time this has happened. I get that they are mostly teenagers and have some bad customers but hi and bye are the easiest thing to say and something you learn before you can speak a full sentence. If you can drive an extra 10 minutes to ANY other Wendy's I'd say it would be worth it. Avoid this one if you can

Sat in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and only two cars moved. If you can't staff your stores don't open, I'm sick of you giant corporations short staffing and then screwing over your customers. I'm not sitting in line for 30 minutes to get Wendy's, I'll drive to a different fast food spot. If you can only get two cars through in 15 minutes you shouldn't even be open. And this isn't just at this Wendy's this happens at most of them. Just skip Wendy's go to a real burger spot park sit down and eat you'll get better food faster then waiting in this joke of a drive-thru.

My friend and I seem to be going to Wendy's, more and more often. I just had a burger off their value menu. My friend had the apple pecan salad, which he shared. The salad greens and apple pieces were crisp and fresh as if the salad had just been prepared, blue cheese, candied peacans and cranberries where a good addition. Glad he chose the salad.

They got our order wrong plus we had to wait a very long time for our food. Frostie's were melted.

None of the places at the circle are very good. All are poor. Even the fries were lukewarm, and bordered on cold. Thank goodness the salad was supposed to be cold. Everything else was supposed to be hot, and was not! Very disappointing yet again.

The best time to go is when the manager Ashley is working the food seem to always comes out right an taste better not to mention the outstand customer service she provides. She is very friendly and polite and goes above an beyond what she needs to do.

Very friendly, the lighting was awesome, felt a good vibe, good energy, everyone was nice, and I didn't have to worry about anyone being rude.
