Wendy's

I have been going to this Wendy's for 10 years. Granted... every place can have an off day and serve some sub-par food at some point. But this Wendy's takes the cake for the worst Wendy's I have ever transited. It consistently serves bad quality food and forgets part of your order almost every single time. I went there for lunch today seeking a Taco Salad and a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger (drive-thru which is the bulk of their business). What did I get? Not only did I not get the Cheeseburger I ordered, but the salad I was served was wilted and absolutely inedible. My lunch was ruined. I posted some pictures just to show how brown and disgusting some of the lettuce looked. I didn't even attempt to get a refund since I know that would have taken forever and it would have meant going inside the building where the employees do not wear masks and, if they do, they wear them ineffectively as chin diapers. After so many years of horrible food service and quality, I felt it my responsibility to post a review on just how bad it is. I will NEVER go back here again and will deter anyone that I know from visiting this place. Where are the health inspectors when you need 'em?

Serious attitude at the window. I was the last car before closing. The cashier who appears to be either crew leader or manager took my order. The nuggets looked like they were burned or dropped in the fryer twice instead of fresh, the sodas tasted like something a dog wouldn’t drink and the cheese burger was half done and the fries were burnt. I hardly ever go to this Wendy’s because of this very reason. They need to do better or just close it down. They are atrocious! I dropped a nugget on the floor by mistake and my dog ran over the scoop it up but instead sniffed it growled and walked away.

Worst service ever! I hope who ever owns this franchise will think about who they put in their drive thru window before someone snatches her and her sarcastic attitude out the window. God knows I wanted to. She apparently has a speech or hearing problem because she sure did mumble a lot - In fact I backed up to ask her did she have anything else to say. Needless to say she didn't give me a receipt and said "I'd check that if I were you" so of course I won't be eating it and wasted $$ on a lunch I ended up trashing... Way to go Wendy's .... I'd take that sign off that you have on the outside wall about your quality service because that is a lie!

zero stars is more accurate. if you are white, don't bother coming inside. As they shuffle around in slow motion, the all African-American staff will ignore you, then speak rudely to you when you finally ask for assistance. what a terrible business. Good peeps are hard to find, Wendy's, but why hire these bottoms of the barrel?

Just left this location and most likely won’t be back. I pull up to the speaker and no one said anything at all. No greeting no “I’ll be with you in a moment” or “I’ll be right with you” nothing. I even tried saying hello to get a response and still nothing. After about 5 min I just pulled off this is completely unacceptable. Crazy thing is I saw the workers in the building just walking around from the window.

Don’t even waste your time or money. You can go to literally any other fast food in the area and it’s better. Employees never greet you. Multiple occasions the store has closed early without any notice on the doors or windows, or they are out of literally the basic necessities. I do Food delivery and this place is always an inconvenience. Never expect a wait shorter than 30-45 minutes, and never expect any employee to treat you in any way with respect. They don’t talk to you at all only about you when you get to the window. No greeting or have a nice day. Instead it’s here’s your food and talking to another employee I need this lady to get out of my drive thru as soon as I get handed the food.
