Glad Chuck E. Cheese is still in business. It was always fun to come here, Celebration Station, the Fun Factory, or Laser Tag growing up, and the 3 later locations dont exist anymore. I came for a birthday party with my son, and all the kids had fun with their endless fun passes today. The food was better than I thought it would be. I helped the birthday boy in the wind ticket tunnel get all the tickets. Great day overall.

Pizza's okay it could be better service was good. I like how they stamp your hands to make sure that yours matches your child however nobody was at the door when we got there to stamp bars so when we left the guy wasn't sure we were leaving with the right baby luckily somebody had seen us come in with our baby but that's cool that they do that. Salad bar could have better choices. Be nice being a kids place if they had at least some fresh veggies green beans maybe even some fresh strawberries etc. But the games were fun.

Customer service is always great. Manger is always stopping by each table to make sure everyone is happy. Tables are spread out and employees make sure customers are keeping distance between tables. I watched tables being sanitized as people left. Games are distanced apart. Food was delicious. Stuffed crust pizza is the way to go 🤤 and I love their wings😬 Norma 🧡 AMAZING customer service! Explained everything to a T! Super sweet and answered any and all questions we had. Didn’t know on Wednesday’s they have a special on the all you can play 60 minutes card for only $14. So Wednesday will be our new outing day🤩 food came out fast and fresh. Stuffed crust Pizza was delicious. Thank you Norma for the awesome customer service!!!

Surprisingly clean this visit. The staff was friendly and it felt safe. The kids had a fun time. My kids are ages 3 to 11. It is a little pricey but they completely enjoyed themselves. We did not eat dinner there. Their pizza is expensive but there are coupons online. Great place to let the kids play while it is hot outside. My mom and I were able to visit with each other and the kids had a safe place to play. The bathrooms we're a little messy but I guess that's to be expected with so many kids.😁

A great place to bring the kids for a fun contained in a safe, monitored electronic gaming fun environment. Kids can be seen running too & fro... Playing games... Eating pizza... cashing in tickets for prizes... Fun, fun, fun!!! The reloadable play pass is fantastic, there's no need for coins & keeping up with bags of tokens. Swipe your card & go. Just be mindful not to swipe too many times, each swipe equates to a deduction. The play pass also has a slot for a coiled armband for ease of use & keeping it handy. Matching hand stamps of parents to kids affords you the safety of knowing your kids won't be allowed to leave without a matching stamp on an adult.
