Service and food was great. Had an awesome server Chris was hospitable and knowledgeable of menu. The pick he recommended was AWESOME three cheese penne chicken pasta.

The place was only 30% full. We waited for 1hr and 10min.and still no food. More people came and they got their food while we still waited. Their excuse was they're still waiting on the fries wich 20min passed by and still nothing. I told them to go ahead and cancel our order. Manager didn't even have the courtesy to talk to us and apologize so they didn't charge us the drinks and appetizer. We left. We will never come back. Kenner has better service.

This place was short-staffed barely had any drinks on their drink list and took a while to be seated in the first place. Let's just say our overall experience wasn't that great our waitress Megan was an absolute Gem and did everything she could to help better our experience

I ordered an Oriental salad. The lettuce was brown and had bad spots on it. I was so afraid I was going to get food poisoning. The restaurant had 4 tables with people including mine.
I tried removing the brown lettuce, but then I was scared that other items in the salad were not fresh as well like the chicken.
I vow never to go back ever again.
I will spread the word to family and friends as well.

Bourbon Street Chicken was excellent. Grandson loved the Oreo shake and my husband finished all of the 4 cheese mac and cheese with the honey chicken which is unusual for him! Service was great!

I ordered from the two for $20. Or two for $25. Or two for $29. One of my meals I picked had a steak with it, so there was a special entitling me to pay $1 and get 12 fried shrimp, which of course I did. Surprisingly the steak was very tasty! I also ordered a frozen drink special for $5, which I enjoyed. I brought home my second meal to eat at a later time.

Really ruse guy at the door. We called ahead and asked for a reservation so we didn't have to wait, we got there and the guy at the door said it was a 15 minute wait and he was extremely rude. I understand there is a shortage of worker but his behavior was inexcusable.

We were celebrating my grandson graduation and believe or not service was not good, we received our food ask for French fries,for two,one receive mash potatoes,my granddaughter didn't receive fries and wrong chicken and we all had eaten and my grandson the graduation son didn't receive his food at all, my husband came home and couldn't not receive his tickets to top gun movie,poor service, served us our saucers touching her shirt if a lady ask for a beer I would please to have a glass to go with it,I don't know if they all was new are just could not get it together, I love Applebees Grill +Bar I will not be back
