Where is the old crew? This is my local smoothie king and every time I come back I see a new face. For starters the people who work here now are rude. I wanted some information about the new orange smoothie and nobody seemed to be able to help me out or answer my question with a proper response . I kept hearing multiple different people at the speaker laughing and talking. Not only was the line moving really slow but when I got to the window it took her at least 3 minutes to actually check me out. Then another 4 minutes to hand me my two small smoothies. This location has always been my go-to Smoothie King but I don’t think I will be back.

I had dental work done and I've gone to the other smoothie King and they always have spoons..because after dental work your not allowed to use a straw..Anyway this guy was so rude to me and actually said "I don't have a spoon to sell you"..lmao..seriously?.. I didn't ask him to sell me a spoon! So I have to go all the way home to get a spoon then go back to my dentist.. Needless to say I won't return to this location again! This location really needs to get it together and think that maybe some people can't use a straw and have some spoons! Duh!!!

Went to get some Smoothies for my daughter and some Co Workers at the Airline location. Real quick service, very friendly staff. Today at 11:00 AM i went back and the service was the same. I really enjoyed the team work that was just displayed.

I was so disappointed. I’m in town from GA and all I wanted was a pb chocolate smoothie served with a Cajun accent. Smoothie wasn’t as thick as they are when I order them at other locations but it’s still delicious. I can’t lie about that. This rating is because no one had the much anticipated accent 🤷🏾♂️

Due to a medical condition my doctor is requiring me to consume 45 grams of protein daily. Going there twice a day for one of their smoothies easily meets that requirement. Always great service and smiling faces.

I've been going to this location for a long time and have been very satisfied with the service. But during my visit on April 22 @ 11: 45 am I was talked to in a very unprofessional, nasty tone by a young girl.
Firstly, I was rushed . . she wouldn't even let me talk. Secondly, when I stated what I wanted I was told I couldn't have add ons. Excuse me? I can have as many add ons as I want if I'm paying for them. She was so rude, I told her never mind I would find another location and left. I drove ALL THE WAY to Kenner to get a smoothie where I was treated with respect. I don't plan on going back to this location although it's close.
