My friends and I were trying to find a good place to go for breakfast that wasn’t the typical norm. This cafe is a hidden jewel. The staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was home felt. The food was delicious! Would recommend to anyone.

This restaurant is one of Metairie's best "hole in the wall" places to eat. The food is outstanding. Prices are very reasonable. Service was great. Highly recommended to anyone who wants a great meal with a family atmosphere.

The Corner Cafe needs a serious cleaning and overhaul!! It was filthy and I felt like I was going to be sick. The menu was grimy,food splattered on the walls, dirty carpet & air vents were clogged with dust & grease. The food was good and I would return if the cafe was CLEANED!

I think they butcher their own meat considering it takes 45 minutes to get your food. There was 5 tables 2 of witch were already served. We wont be back!

This was on the best biscuits list. This was s salty mess. I had the biscuits and gravy. I uncovered the biscuits to determine if the biscuits were good alone. Nope. Just salt just like the sausage gravy. Grits were ok. Coffee was strong and a bit bitter.

Excellent food, reasonable prices, friendly and good service. Always pleasant staff. Go on Tuesday for Daube and Spaghetti...just like your Mama cooked...

The service was terrible. Went on a Sunday in a group of 3 and it took an hour to get our food and when it came out it was cold. People were seated, served, and left while we were waiting on our food. Unacceptable.

To begin with the place is not dirty, you need to look again the place had a complete
overhaul about a year ago. Good food not great but good, some people just love the place and would not go anywhere else. I find the place good and some things are to die for.
