I received the best customer service ever. I received a gift card last Christmas and tried Panera for the first time. I made an order for delivery and didn't get my drink. I called to pick up my drink. Not only did the employee tell me I could come pick up my drink, but she immediately told me she would refund the drink. 5/5 will eat here again. My sandwich was delicious. My soup was ok. My salad was good. Smoothie I had to pick up and was melted at that point, but was still good.

1-26-22: Disappointed. Bought a Chicken Salad sandwich for a coworker and it barely had any chicken but lots of salad /lettuce. Forgot to mention it had no flavor. Embarrassing!
3 years ago: Their food tastes great!!! My only complaint is that the bread on the sandwiches are paper thin, as thin as a straw. My fingers went right through the bread when I picked it up.

Cashier doubled our order in the reciept paying 5o bucks and she kept missing out our order problem of key in and we waited too long some people murmuring whinning behind our back.yaiks what horroble experience

Food was awful. Not prepared the way it was ordered. Counter clerks didn't know the time of day. No pastry items other than a few muffins. Bad Panera's experience. I'm giving it 2 stars but it's barely a one.

Inconsistent. Sometimes soup is watery, sometimes thick. Sometimes it's super hot and sometimes is not. Same with the French bread. Quality of prepared food is decent. Great selection of pastries and specialty bread. Free ample parking

This location is inconvenient because there is no drive through. However, there’s plenty of parking available. The broccoli cheese soup is great and they give you bread to accompany it. The bread is a bit hard, but I break it into pieces and let it soak in the soup for a few seconds. It’s an excellent combination. The Cuban sandwich was surprisingly good. The pork was very tender, but I will request extra pickles the next time. I only had a few and couldn’t taste them on my sandwich. I peeked in the kitchen area while waiting on my order and was relieved to see that everyone was wearing gloves. Big plus in my book!

Ordered food for the family. It was our first time. It was o.k. My kids enjoyed their meal. It was fresh. The sitting area was clean. The staff was pleasant. Nothing really stuck out as great. Maybe next time.
