We liked the restaurant and the food, would recommend! The restaurant was clean and nicely decorated with pretty murals. Food was delicious, and good portions. Our waitress seemed new, but was nice and the food came out all right :) I also enjoyed the music and music videos on tv at the bar! We would definitely go back.
Being new to this city, this place was introduced to me by a colleague. I have been here three times since then in a month. That speaks for it right? This place never fails to amuse me their delicious preparation. Being a vegetarian, it's hard to find varieties in New Orleans because city's obvious love for seafood. But we enjoy this place every time we walk through those doors. Can't wait get back in there
Fast, great quality, delicious and well priced food. Service for me has been good and the place appears clean and inviting. Love the place and hope to make it there often.

Surprisingly great!. I am happy to say that I was pretty impressed by Albasha! The restaurant was incredibly clean and all of the wait staff we encountered was friendly and very quick.
Entrees: The shawarma was almost identical to Lebanon's in Carrollton, and the gyro meat was excellent as well (and thickly cut!). The salads had a bit too much dressing on them for my liking, but it was still good. As far as entrees go - you get a LOT of food for your money. I can put away a serious amount of Lebanese food, but that combo plate beat me into submission.
Appetizers: Spinach pies were very good - they didn't taste or look pre-packaged. The hummus needs a bit more flavor, and they need to be a little more generous with the hummus appetizer for the price.
Overall, it was a solid dinner.
Excellent! Very high quality ingredients. I had the combo schwarma and gyro plate.
I love albasha i can eat there everyday. Albasha is the best Greek and lebanese restaurant in Metairie area. If yah go there try some chicken showrma.
Food is wonderful. Prices are good for how much food you get so go very hungry or be prepared to bring some left overs home. Service is great and it is probably the cleanest restaurant I've ever seen!
So glad Albasha has come to NOLA!. Ok, well technically Metairie. But still, so happy!!! This is my fave Greek/Lebanese place. I used to go all the time when I lived in Baton Rouge. I went to this location last night and they delivered! I got the combination platter, and I love that the gyro meat and chicken are not greasy at all. And I've always been obsessed with their salad dressing. I ordered baba ganoush with my meal instead of hummus, and it was DELISH. We'll be frequent diners for sure!
Good but not quite as good as Mr Gyro. I got the babganoush and a gyro sandwich. The sandwich was darn good but the babaganoush, hummus and salad were kind of forgettable. Also, it looks like they upped their prices to Mr. Gyro levels but they don't quite bring the flavor.
Amazing food as expected. Would go all the time to the locations in Baton Rouge. Now that I have one close to my new home, I will definitely be venturing here alot more with the wife :-)
