Jack In The Box

The food is good and they do a good job answering their phones when you call but they're dining room staff is unreliable and you never know when the dining room's going to be open unreliable. The only way you can enjoy your Jack the Box is through a drive-through and eating it in your car or taking it home by then it'll be nice and cold and you won't enjoy your food. It's not hard to operate the drive-through and the dining room with limited staff. I've done it myself working in a Taco Bell. If you don't keep your dining room open you're gonna lose customers and eventually you guys are going to go out of business! And I don't want to see that happen.

I get that employees are hard to find right now, and the employees have always been nice, but in the 6 times I've been there the order has been wrong each time. Once I was given jalapeño poppers instead of chicken nuggets for my kids meals. Imagine their surprise 🙄 I'm always kind and understanding to the employees when I get my order fixed, but I won't be going back even though the location was great for me, hence my 6 trips. Also, the food is meh 😒

Have been eating hear for years. Over the past six weeks why are app. orders still not working. I can't use my jackpack or any of the offers or deals. Have sent feedback through the app.and can't get a response. Please address the problem. Where is the owner of this business. They certainly are not addressing the problems at this location.

Was calling in a order and was put on hold for almost a hour. Then I called back and was put on hold again . I understand they're busy but don't just leave your customer's hanging that's ridiculous. I know Sergio and Rosa wouldn't be too happy about that . Anyways food is delicious! Service is so and so .

It was a very rude experience, the girl that take my order had no customer service skills at all, she had attitude, there was a lot of customers but you can't take your stress out on customers. They run out of the mini taco boxes so they give us the other little boxes, I thought it was the wrong food so I ask her why, as she was explaining she was yelling at us and her body gestures was letting us know that she didn't care. That we just needed to take it and go. Customers pay $$ for the food we deserve nicer services. I hope the owner or manager takes care of the matter. The food was a little messy because of the small box. Let me know if anything was done.

I drove all the way to mesquite from Overton just to get food, completely messed up my order. Honestly one of the worse jack in the box to go to. Avoid at all cost, next time I rather drive to Vegas for better food and service. This place sucks!!! No way they should be paid $14 hr they don’t deserve that pay
