I work at Eastfield, and this eatery is located within the college. I can say that the owner of the establishment is a husband and wife team, and they have been dedicated for many years - not only serving students high quality food, but also hiring many of the students that attend the college. I believe that their mission goes beyond just profit and sales and I am very happy that this restaurant is located in the college! The food overall is normal Subway standard food. They also have a pizzeria which gives students different options. The one fascinating thing about this Subway, is the students themselves. I have learned how to make so many different combinations of food just by watching the students come up with unique ideas.

Employees were very slow. One had in airpods on the entire time, making him look very unprofessional. Management/owners were handling food without hairnets/hats on. They charge you for refills, that's a first. There was a police officer watching over to ensure no one was stealing/paying for their food. Worst subway experience I've ever experienced. Will never go again.

If I wasn't craving a salad I would hate it. Elisabeth the young lady making my salad was taking her sweet time and didn't even chop it up all the way I have whole pieces of cheese,vegitables, and meat. Customer service was terrible. Worst Salad Ever. She acted like she was disgusted because I wanted a salad. Next time I will personally ask for another employee.

The man with braids is beyond amazing when it comes to costumer service I adore him! However, the younger girl with glasses making sandwiches is so rude!!! I have had multiple people agree that she is extremely rude and gives you attitude and nasty looks over every little thing; don't ask for extra napkins or she'll eye roll you and question why you need them.

GREAT customer service here! never had anyone make a better sandwich! Love the idea that they have gone green since many people throw trash all on campus! it's better for the enviorment. Employees are incredibly nice here, never have had a problem at this subway.

It's been several times that I have seen workers make basic mistakes like putting mustard on someone's sandwich and trying to clear it off with the knife yuck ! They do try but some of the workers are so lost . Business is crowded but hey it's a college !
