The girl behind the counter was amazing and so nice and kind. The service was kinda slow but it was dinnertime and there were a few people inside and a long line at the drive thru. I would recommend this store!!
I had ordered take-out for the household which was 4 2-piece meals with large drinks. The cashier was super friendly and attentive and was proficient in her profession. The order was very quickly. Altering arriving at our home to eat we that the food was still very hot. Food was great, sodas were mixed correctly and my family was happy.
This place is AMAZING. I was excited to try out the mac and cheese bowl so my friends and I ordered it for pickup at KFC Mesa and had it at the restaurant. The cashier was VERY FRIENDLY and overall, the place was ambient. Additionally, the quality of the food was really good too. When I first got the mac and cheese bowl combo, I was a little underwhelmed by the quantity but it was very filling and DELICIOUS so extra points for that.

First of all, the food was very good and hot. Secondly, I believe the young man at the drive thru was very friendly and professional. Thirdly, the woman who is taking orders at the drive thru needs to be trained to the fact the customers have the right to choices off of the menu and not hers. The money that us being spent here pays the salaries of all of the employees. She needs to be trained on proper procedures of taking the customers orders. Not hers. I had to correct her because she was wanting me to accept what she wanted me to have. The reviews on this restaurant are rather scathing. A lot of complaints on the woman at the drive thru taking orders and food quality. Yet, the restaurant us still open. If revenue is off, I can understand why.
Syper clean store with very nice employees. I am annoyed they didn't tell Me there is no white meat (breast/wing) in the 8pc that was on special. If it said it on the sign, it was so small as to be invisible. I worked at KFC years ago and the 8pc was served as 2 of each, breast/wing/leg/thigh. I would have paid extra or gotten something else to get white meat too.

I would first like to compliment the extraordinary customer service of Manager extraordinaire: Denise! She was gracious, patient, and very endearing when I called to confirm that my order was received as well as its contents. She exudes charm, personality, and bonafide care over the phone as her smile was radiating through it! I could hardly believe someone was so warm and empathetic in such a busy work environment. She did not once rush me along but took the time to make sure my order was received, correct and my specifications were carried out implicitly! Please give this lovely lady a promotion, forget a raise as it well deserved to have someone so hospitable, so kind, so thoughtful and as aforesaid endearing working in your establishment as KFC is truly blessed to have her! For my part I am both delighted and honored to leave this stellar review as from the food to the service was impeccable! Outstanding! Also a huge shout-out to Emilio who too provided exceptional customer service of which I have also posted my previous review on Grubhub! What a team and stars across the board !
Amazing staff at this location, they let me know ahead of time how long it would be because of my order instead of having me wait in the line assuming I would get it alot faster, even though I forgotten to order myself a drink they still allowed me to order one instead of having to walk in or drive around as I needed it right away because of sugar levels had dropped some, the lovely lady who worked the window was so kind about it. And the guy who brought out my order to my car was kind enough to let me know before I git my order when he had brought out someone else's order to their car that they are still working on mines was very nice in letting me know. I hope the location keeps these employees for as long as they want to work there because those are the kind of employees you want your restaurant to have. Thanks KFC you Rock in my books.
