This is an excellent McDonald's it's a great location they've always been quick efficient and I especially like them because they serve me in my golf cart

I used the kiosk check in and used a deal on the app. I was able to immediately apply the deal before I placed my order. Also, I was able to customize my order when I placed it.
I was also able to either pay at the kiosk with a credit card or with cash at the register.
My order was brought to my table and the server asked if I needed any ketchup or sauces.
I stopped by to get a quick bite to eat while going about my day. I ordered at the self ordering spot but ended up paying cash at the counter. I got into a very sweet conversation with the cashier named Chelsea about the cost of everything and how it's rough being a single parent. She was attentive smiles and empathetic and it made me feel very comforted. The food came up quick I didn't have to wait long at all and it was fresh and she actually added a pie in a show of true empathetic nature and caring from when Mom to another. For such a quick and simple trip to McDonald's she quickly made it a very momentous experience for me and I will never forget it.
Kudos to Chelsea for being not only a great cashier but a top notch human being.

I ordered Mickey D's through the Postmates app, but when I received my order, not only were there several items missing (including all of the fries for the 3 meals I ordered were missing–we straight up got NO fries!!), but one or two of our burgers were made incorrectly. So, my roommate & I had to walk all the way to McDonald's so we could get our order fixed. We got there right when they closed the lobby (I think we walked up at like 11:02 & they lock the lobby up at 11:00, so we barely missed it; but we got there as quickly as our lambrofeeties would take us!!), but luckily for us the manager on duty was VERY understanding to what happened, & she not only remade ALL of our food, but she even threw in some bonus cookies, pies AND a small drink while we waited!! It DEFINITELY made up for both the incorrect order as well as the walk to & from McDonald's. She even made us a different drink because we mentioned that we didn't like one of the drinks we ordered (it was the new Oreo drink...we thought it would taste like a McFlurry, but we were not a fan, lol), & she didn't have to do that. She definitely went way above & beyond to make our order right, & we were very appreciative of her efforts & courtesy. I wish I had gotten her name so I could let her boss know how awesome she is. I don't think I've ever had such a wonderful encounter with any other McDonalds manager, or any other fast food manager for that matter. She definitely deserves a big raise!!
I don’t know what happened, but in Mesa this McDonald’s struck me with hospitality. My son and I were in the morning for breakfast from Phoenix and it was already crowded. Everything was astonishingly intelligent as never before. We were asked if everything suits and once again offered sauce and napkins. Perhaps because the manager was there. Received as in the best restaurant in the city. The internet worked great. A year ago, I wrote about McDonald's as a bumplace, maybe they want to fix their reputation, maybe they want to raise their rating. But i was surprised.
My fiance and I go here a lot and they're seldomly busy. The food tastes amazing and the employees are accomodating.

I visited on Thanksgiving day, and the staff was humming along efficiently and courteously helped with everything we needed. I'm thankful for the respite time.
We ordered using the app. The wait was surprisingly quick. The outside drive thru was hammered so yeah we got our food and oh was it delicious. Mango/pineapple smoothies a sausage egg McMuffin and a blueberry muffin all tasted good.
Was picking up some food for my wife at a restaurant nearby. I decided to grab a quick cheeseburger and eat it on the way home so she wouldn't catch me.
Everything was great other than they never give me fresh fries 😞
