We ordered online and while driving to pick it up, they called because we had requested wheat bread on one of the sandwiches, but they were out of it. So, they asked what we would prefer instead. That was great customer service, thank you! Also, they actually got our "customizations" correct, which doesn't always happen for me at other locations.

I'm a corporate certified manager/marketer from a JJ franchise out in Tennessee and to say I've become picky about my sandwiches is an understatement. I have never had a store make my sandwich the right way with correct portions and neatness. This store got my sandwich 1000% correct and it's exactly how I would have made it. I will most definitely be visiting this store again and hope the same person makes my order once more. Thank you fellow Jimmy Crew for the absolute best sandwich I've had(besides my own), and dare I say it...., FREAKY FAST delivery. 11/10 would recommend.

It's sandwich you yearn for.. but watch the fatty' ingredients! I was never a fan of their mayo, salts and oils. No, no, nooo.. I like the sandwiches!! The mayo, just doesn't taste great to mee.. maybe to others. People these days are health conscious and your sandwiches are choice! Vinegrette over oil.. or mayo.. avoid the salts. .now the drinks.. you gotta work on! This is valuable CRM marketing Information..! -never take it personal.

Delicious sandwiches! I come here all the time, and their chips are amazing (Note: They are fried in peanut oil, so if you have a peanut allergy you cannot eat these.). I usually get the #5 which is an Italian sandwich with salami, pepperoni, etc., they have the perfect sanwich for everybody! The employees always treat me with lots of respect, and make small talk also.

They bring by incredible samples to our shop near their location. We have noted that when you call in and order the exact same as the samples the sandwiches are never as good as the samples. The delivery times vary, depending on the time you order. Sometimes they are nice and fast, others (mostly 12:15 or later) they take a half hour or more to go 1/4 mile. Overall they are reliably mediocre. For their reliability I give them a 4 star. I am grateful to have a place nearby I can get edible food all the time unlike WhatABurger where you have a 50% chance you will be sick for the next 3 days.
