I order online when I leave to pick up and they almost always have my order ready by the time I get there. Except one time when they were busy I had to wait. Firehouse is the only sandwich shop that offers soup as a side, when I'm not able to eat chips or cookies.

I ordered meatball sandwich for my children and they loved it. The pastrami sandwich is tasty as well. The crew were generous in giving us extra pickles. Overall we had a positive experience at this location.
8/20 came in for lunch and was helped by a very friendly front cashier girl short brown hair. She was very nice and helped me decide on a sub. She recommended the meatball and it was exactly what I was looking for regarding a little spice to it. Had a great experience.
Got there new smokhouse 3 meat sandwich and within 3 hrs had a horrible headache and was vomiting. The service was great and place was spotless.
