This rating is based on this being a low cost, counter pick up pizza place in comparison to Pizza Hut, Little Caesars, etc (not sit down like Mellow Mushroom). This is the best there is if you are looking for a cheap pizza option.

This howies location has better cooks than the one on lemon st in Tempe. Although their delivery fee is higher, I rather pay that for a pizza that isnt burnt and actually has pizza sauce.

I had one issue with Hungry Howie's and it wasn't with the location, but rather the website. I ordered a special that had 1 large and 1 medium, but it showed up on their end as 2 mediums. I expressed my concern when I paid for it and the manager explained that they were getting a new computer system
