Mcdonald's

Family bundle pack is a good deal and fast if you need dinner in a hurry. Not always the friendliest service, but we go for the bundle deal and works out well for a family of 4. Ask for extra sauce or they won't give you enough.

We want to say thank you sooooo much! Two the two gentlemen that worked the overnight shift on 8/26! We can not remember their names. The McDonalds on Ellsworth and Apache Trail had a Gas Leak. We had already paid and had been waiting for our food, for about 30 minutes, when we were told to come back at a later time, due to the gas leak. Two hours later, we called and we were told that they would be up and running in 15 to 20 minutes, we then drove back and the drive through was closed, we called again being right outside the building, and our call got ignored. We understand that they had a gas leak and it is something very serious and important, but at least we felt that they could of answered to let us know that we should come back the next morning or that they needed more time because it was something that wasn't going to be fixed at a fast pace. In the other hand the two gentlemen that work at this McDonalds(Signal Butte & 60) we're absolutely incredible their customer service was on point 👌 they helped us with our issue and they honored our order by making our food that we had originally ordered on Ellsworth and Apache Trail. They went above and beyond for us, and we are truly appreciative of them for honoring our order. We are bummed that we can not remember the name, of one of them that really knocked it out of the park. He updated our drinks, dropped in some fresh pies and added a few cookies to our order. If we were to be able to give more then five stars we would absolutely do it. This will from now on be our go to McDonald's. Again please take notice that the service they provided really showed that they care for their customers. Please please ask around your employees so you can know who this was, they honestly deserve a raise or a form of appreciation. We value and appreciate your hard work. Thank you guys so much!!!

Was door dashing last night and At McDonald’s picking up an order it was extremely busy the gentleman upfront (do not know his name so I apologize) was working extremely hard trying to get the orders out and take orders too but was backed up but watched him trying so hard to do everything! Came back next morning anna and Adriana (I hope I spelled the names right I’m so sorry if not) were very helpful kind and they worked extremely fast and the place was very busy but everyone there were working very hard and on point getting orders in and out! I just wanted to give them all a good review because they were both extremely awesome and I absolutely appreciate them making my kids mornings especially since it’s been such a hard year for us all!!!! So I appreciate them! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!

Best big Mac I've had in years ! They never make them good anymore . Usually very poor service from sandwich makers No matter what McDonald's no matter what part of the country they just don't care anymore

We had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff was very friendly was very quick and every single time we've gone our order has always been correct. The price is quite fine considering and we appreciate all the staff for everything that they do thanks again guys!!!!
