Great place to eat in Mesa. They are good at taking care of their customers, the food is always excellent and served with a great presentation and taste. Little expensive for the menu, but I love this place. If they would lower the beverage pricing a little, it would go a long way. I highly recommend this place, but be prepared to pay 25-35 per person.

I had some amazing customer service for a first time guest! Also - the beans at Rosas are either smoked or cooked over a fire and they are some of the best beans I’ve ever had.

Good food. The portions were fair. The service was good and waitress was friendly. Small quaint location, I like that kind of atmosphere. The tomotillo salsa was super good!

This is our go-to for good Mexican food and friendly folks. Outside might look humble, but don't judge a book by its cover! The kitchen is 5 star quality!!

Got the sweet pork taco plate. It was a huge portion, fresh and delicious. I think I somehow tripled my body weight after this meal. Thank you Rosa's, we will be back.

OK check this place out if your hungry for great Mexican for and great service. It's a really awesome atmosphere and salsa that rocks with all the south of the boarder beers you can drink.
The really nice thing is not only the people that work there are super nice and happy there is lots of parking around the place of business. Thanks again for the great meals. A must eat spot in mesa.

Just finished another delicious meal at Rosa's. As always, the food was amazing, but my goodness, they sure have raised their prices! My beloved steak fajitas have increased to over $26. If I remember right a year or so ago, they were around $19 or 20. Plus they charge for a refill on the chips! Those are quite the increases, considering all the empty tables.

What an absolute hidden gem of a restaurant. Don’t be put off by the surroundings. This was literally the best Mexican food I have ever eaten in my life. All three of us had different dishes and not a single thing was left in any of our plates. Everything was fantastic.
Our server was friendly, polite and welcoming. I’m so grateful to my friend Steve Hardison who brought us here for a treat. I’m going to be recommending this place to others and I will definitely be coming back here.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal here. This was a lot of food, served on a very hot plate. Food was delicious, and plenty of it, had to take a good deal home.
Addition: I've lived within 1/4 mile of the restaurant all my life and never eaten here. I can see my house from where we sat and can see the restaurant through our front window. I will definitely be back.
