I am not a person who likes dense bagels and I have braces and their bagels are soft and easy to eat. And the employees are friendly!

Placed the order online with my birthday coupon. I liked the flavorful bagel. It was ready when I arrived. Not sure I would have spent the money on a bagel with no discount.

It's good, but it's missing a lot of texture and sensation.
Apple Cinnamon with strawberry; I can literally count on one hand the apple pieces here.
Is this the best you can do? I started coming in regularly, and there's nothing consistent about the food at all, which makes me wonder about either the training or quality control, but it's like Russian roulette.. Everybody is super nice, and that's great, but there's a missing emphasis on the consistency of quality of the same bagels they routinely make.

However, they do not do well with crowds. So if you see a line pack your patience and be prepared to wait.

Sometimes you are blessed to watch a truly caring and compassionate person in action. I watched the manager of this bagel shop today graciously allow a homeless woman fill her styrofoam glass with ice and water. He then asked her to wait while he went in the back and retrieved a water thermos someone had left in the shop and gave it to her. After fixing her a bagel he assured her she could come in for ice and water whenever she needed. I left that bagel shop with a huge smile on my lips. Now it’s my turn to pay it forward. How about you?
In addition, the shop was very clean and my veg bagel sandwich was the best!!!! This is the kind of establishment we all need to support.

Totally awesome location i had my meal a little wrong but I came in the next day and completely went above and beyond the manager and workers on site was awesome!!! Would recommend coming here
