Subway

Sabreet, the owner is hiring! I wonder why nobody wants to work there? I went up to the counter and asked for a 6" veggie on white. She asked if I wanted cheese. I said no. I thought to myself "wow this girl knows what she's doing." But she never cut the loaf into 6". I told her "that was supposed to be 6 inches" and she replied rudely "no I asked you if you wanted a foot long and you said yes." I'm not confrontational. I asked for her to cut it into a six inch. She rolled her eyes and said "what am I supposed to do with the rest?" I used to work at subway. I said "throw it away..." because that's what I would have had to do. At this point my mom had walked up to me and said "I'll take the sandwich, just order another one" (this was in Spanish) I told The lady behind the counter "I need another 6 inch" at that point she's furious at me and she's rambling about how now I'm going to have to wait until my mom's sandwich is done. I don't protest, we move on. But she ends up changing her mind and making mine first. Whatever. During the making of my sandwich and my mom's she was throwing/dropping the food aggressively, it didn't go further than that. After the end of our transactions I asked for her name she told me that she didn't have to tell me and explained that she didn't have to wear a hat (basically the only safety measure to prevent hair in food) behind the counter because she was the owner. Overall she was rude to me throughout the encounter, rude to my mother by proxy and she refused to accept the idea that she misheard me. I worked there. I know how to order. And I would have been annoyed at the customer too for making me waste food. (even if it was an accident) But I wouldn't have been so unprofessional. If you are hungry, don't eat here. She ruins the vibe. If you're looking for a job with a temperamental manager/owner/coworker/whatever then here's your shot! Our sandwiches were cold. And wet.

Well, she acted like she didn't want to be at work. She never greeted me. I told her I had an online order. She tossed the sandwich bag on the counter. Told me my cookies were in the bag. Told me to grab my chips, get my soda and she walked back behind the doors without a thank you or acknowledgement. I almost wanted to grab and extra soda or bag of chips. I mean, she wasn't watching me. I was so flustered, I left without checking my sandwich. I get all the way home and realized she used chicken instead of steak. I wasn't going to go back but my husband encouraged me to do so. She looked surprised that she messed up. I showed her my order receipt on my phone and she had no choice but to remake it. I'm sure we all have bad days at work but she just acted like we were bothering her by ordering food. Never again will I order online. I want to make sure my food is being made properly.

I always have very fast service while I am here. However, I have had servers wearing air pods while they are taking my order. I ordered spinach on my sandwich the last time I was there and several of the pieces did not look good at all (picture attached). I also could not find an outlet to charge anything while I was there so it wouldn't be a good place to get work done while eating.

We will never go to this Subway ever again. The 2 women working when we went made so uncomfortable & must not like working there. . We were going to dine in but decided to take it home. We have been to 2 other area shops me that were VERY rude & they were not busy places. Wonder if the owners realize why they rnot making lots of money. Very Sad!
