Very delicious sandwich shop. All the ingredients seem like a lot, but it all tastes so good together. There's also other items to choose from like egg rolls, sesame balls, and other items ill eventually try.
If you like Banh Me Vietnamese sandwiches this is a good place for that. They make their bread fresh daily and all of the ingredients looked like they were high quality.
My favorite sandwich shop in town, they make their own bread and alone it's delicious, when they add all the very fresh veggies and tasty meats it's an art, mekong sandwiches creates art! I love it.
Arizona Asian Foodies from Facebook was right about this being the best in town. I got the cold cut and it hit spot for childhood memories. Better than Lee’s honestly and they don’t skimp out on the toppings/meat
This has been our go to spot for banh mi for the last two years! We love the grilled pork and cold cut sandwiches. The quality and price is hard to beat. It really does remind me of the sandwiches I grew up eating. In fact, my brother and sister will ask us to bring several sandwiches with the veggies on the side whenever we visit. It's a great spot for a quick bite!
If you like sandwiches, this is the place to go! Forget about going to the Subways, Jimmy John's, or other fast food sandwich places, Mekong Sandwiches is the place to go for the same price. We had the grilled beef sandwich and it was delicious!! Fresh bread, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. Meat was tasty, with great sauce on it and fresh vegetables. Definitely glad we stopped by and looking to stop by again during this trip. Don't forget the smoothies either!
Enjoyed the crunchiness of the bread, the mild flavor of the ingredients that blended together, and the decent sizes of the sandwich with adequate amounts of filling. We ordered the #1 Mekong Special and the #6 BBQ Pork sandwiches.
This shop also carries homemade Vietnamese snacks and desserts. I highly recommend if you are in the mood for sandwiches, one of the best places around!
One of the best and most affordable Vietnamese sandwiches in Mesa.
Tucked in the right-side corner of Mekong Plaza. It is so easy to miss, but you really don’t want to pass on this restaurant if you are a lover of sandwiches/subs 🤗 They serve various types of Vietnamese subs (banh mi), beef stew, and chicken curry. You will also find Vietnamese style snacks such as chicken jerky, fried chips, and many many more. Reasonably priced and good portion size, and I recommend treating yourself with something you never had before-perks of having an Asian market eatery, no? The restaurant has some sitting areas and was clean. I would love to go back to enjoy the different flavors they offer.
Fresh, authentic and tasty! If you appreciate freshly made sandwiches then you'll like this place. They have a wide variety of Banh mi and other vietnamese treats. The prices are reasonable and taste is great 👍
