We met a group for lunch. We both had slices and salad, and we were happy. It can get busy and we were glad the group came a bit early so we could make it through the line before it got too long. Nice people.
Great Pizza!. Great pizza. Not much else to say. It's not necessarily imaginative or creative, but it fills the bill for solid pizza cravings.
Nice clean setup and lovely menu options that are all if high quality. Pricing is fair and you can feed a family of five easily for $40 or so and have a big feast.
I prefer the thick crust but both are very good
This location is convenient and consistently provides the same level of quality each time
It's decent pizza the prices for wings everywhere are expensive and there is no exception here. Hope you like the wings sopping wet too cause the two flavors we tried were swimming in sauce. You can grab a pint if that's your thing. Decor is alright and the booths are in fair condition. Call ahead for pickup or dine in to avoid the wait.
1st time ordering here, we ordered the meat pizza, the pizza does not disappoint! Tons of meat good cheese , the crust is really good also. We ordered it with extra sauce because we like a little extra than most places put on and it was perfect. Prices in line with others locally.
My pizza was fabulous. I haven't tried other menu items as I usually just do pickup for myself only so this time got an order of cheesestix too. Really great also. My favorite pizza place by far!!
Arrive by 5 or there may be a short wait due the popularity of this pizza restaurant. Courteous employees, served within a respectable amount of time and the pizza was good.
Visiting Phoenix for business, I've decided I like Barro's Pizza. I'm not Chicago style fan, but I do enjoy Barro's Pizza and try them at least once during my extended stays in Phoenix.
This location was quiet when I picked up my online order. I think I was little early, so I was able to pick up the pizza as it was ready, nice and hot.
Staff was friendly and helpful to guests as I watched them arrive and order.
Barro's is a local pizza chain that has grown over the past few decades to cover most of the Valley. Their pizzas are fantastic - thicker, chewy crust with a delicious, savory tomato sauce and a variety of fresh toppings to choose from. Personally I like the Barro's special that has a little bit of just about everything on it - a well balanced option that includes plenty of veggies as well as meat.
They offer lunch specials that are inexpensive and give options of 1, 2 or 3 slices of pizza combined with a drink or salad or both. Great option for a quick lunch. The pizza options are limited to what they have made but they're willing to consider requests if you're willing to wait for the pie to bake. Otherwise, check to see which pizzas are freshest unless you're fine with a slightly stale piece of pizza.
Usually there's one or more games playing on the TVs. Beer and sodas for drinks. Definitely recommended!
The pizza was good. The Turkey sub was okay. The wings were okay. Some of the drinks were good and others were okay (dr pepper was flat on flavor). The wings needed to be traditional with bone in. Boneless is just chicken nuggets covered in sauce. The bones bring out the flavor. Honey BBQ is a good wing sauce. Grandma's birthday Linner. Otherwise, we had a good time despite some of the food.
Went there for the 1st time with a client
Amazing pizza! Will have to try their spaghetti, and I heard it was really good.
First time going to Barro's. Got the Kona in the large size. If you can handle pineapple on a pizza, it is really a great one! I have one person who doesn't like pineapple on pizza and the had 2 slices. Got both the garlic parmesan and the honey BBQ wings. Wings are great! I have had lots of wings and these are in the same league as Wingstop and Buffalo wild wings. In some was better than the other places. Will definitely go back for more wings and pizza. This place is one to add to the list of go to places...
