Server Jake took really good care of our special needs. They had a girl go out and really clean table and chairs off on the patio before seeing us. Way to go guys! They have nice vinyl tablecloths out there. By the way I asked 12/4/23 if their patio heaters work and they said no. Make sure you ask for server to split checks. Their new kiosks do not allow for you to do it yourself anymore.

Excellent service. Food was great. Had a blue cheese burger and bottomless fries. Other meal was chicken tenders with fries as well. Camp sauce is pretty good. In AZ don’t forget to try prickly pear lemonade. 👌

I worked at a Red Robin for 8 years and was in charge of training the FOH employees. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and escorted to my table. We were greeted by, who I assume were, managers just to say hi, as we hadn't even ordered anything yet. We had a young child with us and the server offered us some fries to help prevent any unpredictable "mini meltdowns" that might have manifested prior to our actual meals arriving. I was pleasantly impressed by the professionalism and thoroughness of all the staff we interacted with. The food was hot and fresh and best of all quick. After 8 years of working as a server at another RR I remembered how much I liked the food and people I worked with.

You can always trust youll eat good here. I think our server forgot about us for about 15 minutes. Which sucks when you need a refill from a spicy burger!!

Did you know Red Robin is a great place to go even if you are on a diet? Everyone knows about their great burgers and bottomless fries. You can have that burger on Lettuce and have bottomless salad instead of fries! So I was able to go out on my birthday and stay on my diet! Yummm!

servers that work here. They are all always so pleasant and friendly! Last time I went in was fantastic, great job from our server Dakota and host Elli!

We got seated at the corner booth. We were there to celebrate a birthday and it was great. We started off with the twisted mozzarella sticks and they were very good!. The burgers did not disappoint either. I had the royal robin. We had a few sundaes for the birthday celebration.

Came in with a couple of friends for some dinner, and had a wonderful experience! Veronica was our server and she had so much personality and was the sweetest! The food was amazing, but her service made the experience so much better! She was also super attentive and knew what I needed before I even knew! If you get her as a server, you’re going to have a great time!

The food is always good at Red Robin but I am review the exceptional customer service we received from our server Marquis! He was attentive, timely, kind and kept it lighthearted with our table. And we needed it after a long week. For this reason, I will for sure be back and sitting in his section next time I get a chance.
