We always go to Famous Daves for BBQ. They are the best in the Valley. A friend and I have a pact to not have ribs anywhere else. I am from Minneapolis and have been a faithful Dave's patron since I first had his ribs at his second restaurant which is a small shack near Lake Harriett In Minneapolis

Good-ish. A few small spice twists are the only really notable thing about Dave's fare. The general feeling about it was more along the lines of "Food I would put in my mouth if I were hungry," than anything else.
So no, it's not bad, but it's not something I would really throw money at.
Best BBQ in town, the rib tips are my favorite. The bread pudding is great too!

Me and my 3 yr old grandson went here to grab some food and everything from the service to the food was good . I had a taste some chain bbq and Famous Dave’s did the trick . I would definitely recommend them !!! My drink was good as well !!
Omg delicious !!! BBQ sauces are all good catfish fingers are awesome just to small. Brisket was amazing sausage was delicious right texture and flavor. Mac and cheese and red skin mashed potatoes not worth it. Corn bread muffin sweet and savory nice hard outside soft sweet inside. Would have been five stars except for the portions were way too small.
This place was exactly what I was expecting. The food tasted great but the rib sauce was a little stronger than usual. The potion size was very good for the $ and the service was good but fairly rushed. Overall it’s worth a visit but more of a personal service would have got a 5 star
Wanted to get a little taste of most protein options and it was good. Brisket was OK, a little on the dry end not too much of that smokey flavor I was craving. Chicken was OK, very bland not something I would order again. Beef ribs, pretty tasty but more bone than meat, was disappointing. Corn had no flavor like most BBQ places, Potatoe wedges were, there was a ton of that, coleslaw, meh... And beans were OK, the corn bread Muffin I would say was pretty good. Food was OK, but it's not something I would crave to return for.
Did the BOGO wings on Saturday and they were good and at a good price. Went to the Take out window and it was busy Saturday afternoon. I guess most people call in but we walked in the server was nice got my order taken and answered the phone and gave out orders all by herself and did a good job. Too about 15 minutes just like she said it would. My only negative was no ketchup for the fries, I guess I need to ask and not assume. I will remember for next weekend
Great service and good food. Meat was tender, and they had 3 options for bbq sauce you could pick and choose and mix to suit your liking.

Our first time here and the server Esperanza was very knowledgeable and knew what we wanted and recommended our meal. Hot wings were amazing as well. We will definitely visit again.

Espy is the best!!! She was attentive, friendly and catered to us with a smile! The food was great! This place is amazing and the food was on point!
The food was absolutely the best I've had in a long time. However, my wait was too long after i was seated. A group came in after me but got there food way before I got my food. Hopefully, on my next visit, I will have a more attentive server.
