What a burning dumpster fire this place is !!! I stopped here against my own better judgment Only Because I was starving And as if paying $10.05 for this cardboard tasting burger wasn’t enough The lady at the window tried to charge me for sweet and sour sauce that I was going to use to mask the flavor of this fine cuisine!!! So I said ok let me get ketchup And she only gave me 2 !!! Needless to say the heck with McDonald’s and their corporate consumer garbage This will hopefully be my last visit to McDonald’s ever !!!

I rarely go to McD, because the food is gross. Hunger got the best of me tonight with lack of options at 10pm and after 7 hours of travel. Ended our trip with stupidity!! This is the local McD for us, we even joked they would get the order wrong because they always do and we were right. Being right took the humor away quickly. Drove home and drove right back to get the correct burger. I even repeated my order twice when ordering, tried so hard to be crystal clear but nope, they got it wrong. It's embarrassing, even for McD. I'm embarrassed for them. This location should fire every employee and manager and start over. Always a bad experience.. Again, rarely go there and it's always wrong! I've had missing burgers, wrong burgers, no sauce when we've asked. They literally cannot do anything right. Whoever owns this location should be ashamed, you do not deserve to serve the public. Read a book, educate your staff, do something because they can't do anything!! I'm posting this everywhere I can find, so sick of incompetence!! Now for a recommendation, start offering seltzer! Get with the times, sugar is evil but there's no option other than water. Just a terrible location.. I'm not even close to describing how pathetic this location is. For shame!

9 minutes waiting at the speaker box, person ahead of me took a few minutes to get their order taken too. Got tired of waiting, drove around to see a full house of workers, just casually walking around, drive tru wrapped around the building. Worst run mcdonalds around. I went inside and ordered, it was dirty, with workers just standing around.

Show up 10 mins before closing, all the lights were on, and I could see people inside as I drove past the door. Get to the speaker. Wait 3 mins, no one greets me. Drive up to the window. Still see people inside making food but with the lights out, acting like I definitely wasn't at the window at 9:55. I understand they're trying to get home, but if you're not taking orders, say you close at 9:50.

I don't understand how this McDonald's is in business this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my whole entire life we couldn't even eat the food after waiting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes cold french fries and disgusting looking food They don't let anyone in there and they don't answer the phone and now we know why I'm going to find out who owns this business and make a complaint
