Dunkin'

The people here are rude. Don't even bother trying to order ahead to pick it up... it won't be ready still. Or they'll lock the doors, put up no sign as to why or what to do, then watch you struggle to open any door, but pretend they cant see you when you're waiving at them through the window. Finally you either give up or go thru the drive thru. And the drive thru takes so much longer than any line I've been in. I asked one time why they didn't have a sign on the door that it's locked and to use the drive-thru and the woman told me "it's fine, have a nice day." And then closed the window on me. I will never visit this place again. Was let down or upset every time. I wish I could give thus place zero stars.

Sadly this location is getting worse and worse with their “staffing issues” Just came through, coffees not full, box of joe not full, and part of my order was wrong. Not to mention the drive through line was ridiculous because their lobby is closed so people that have large orders who would have normally walked in can’t. 2nd star is for the poor team working in there. They are nice enough but clearly need help.
