Pizzaroma

Starting off had a very poor ordering experience, all because I have a cheese allergy. Me and my coworker ordered 2 roast beef subs. I opened my sub and went to take a bite, only to notice a hair, about 4 inches long, going down to the bottom of the sub. I tell you those details because I do work at a hair salon, eating in a noncutting area, since I do not think there was any chance of it being from because I had not yet touched the sandwich, I called and reported. The owner delivered a new sandwich, I offered the old one back and he basically said how convenient, you're at a hair salon I looked at my coworker and said I knew they were going to say that! The fact that the owner was willing to be that rude over a $9 sandwich is insane. I will not be returning here after that kind of behavior. I did not even ask for then to bring a new sandwich I was just letting them know and the fact that they treated me like I was just trying to get a free sandwich even though I offered it back to then. I did not wake up today and think of how I would inconveniencesomeone today.

I was in here today and wow it was busy! They have a screen just for their phone system and the calls kept stacking up all the way to line 9! And it kept going and going! I know they are busy but I’ve never knew they could be that busy at once! I can’t imagine what it looks like on a Friday! The two young ladies at the counter were extremely helpful and nice! The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and hot. While it was busy, it was worth the wait! I recommend it to anyone in the area.
