Hooters

Food was once pretty good; service however is not. I live nearby so i sometimes eat in; however the two recent times I've ordered online and picked up, it has not been good. I ordered online and scheduled pick up for 9:15p; it is now 9:28p and I was told I still have at least another 15-20 minutes to wait. That is absolutely ridiculous. The waitress wasn't exactly friendly either. When I asked her why do I have to wait if I scheduled a specific pick up time and she shrugged her shoulders. Are you kidding me?!? Absolute horrible service. Also you can see it is not team oriented; no one knew who's suppose to be doing what. Sad to say, I will most likely have to go to a Hooters that's further away from home. Waited about 50 minutes and not only did I not get 10 wings but the chicken was old. See picture. Never again.

DON’T have Lexi as a server! She will ignore you and blame everyone else when you confront her about poor service. This is really strange! I have always had good service at this location. Not sure why she felt the need to work a double and cover every table. If she would have let someone help her, the experience would have been so much better. There were eleven other servers with no tables. I didn’t even get to have supper.

Our dinner salads came out after the meal. We ordered a 24pc buffalo shrimp and got 35 which was great, just means the employees aren't doing anything for the company. They took the whole integrity of HOOTERS away by having no uniform! Some were wearing cut off jean shorts with a store bought bra. Some had the same black thong and black bra, but nothing that says HOOTERS on it. Our server was talking and sitting with her friends the majority of the hour we were there.

Food was supposed to be ready at 6:10. Didn't get it until 7 pm with no reason at all. No money off the bill or even a soda why myself and 4 others waited. 2-3 girls at check in stand to seat people however and all on their phones. Everyone was rude with the exception of manager, who just handed us our orders with no discount or still no beverage. Terrible!

I ordered 10 wings and tater tots with tip 33.03 the order was on time the food ice cold it might as well be raw.. Very disappointed. Thank you for responding Hooters asking me to try you again. The response does not excuse the facts that I received poor service at an expense to me and my wallet. In my job I have to get it correct the first time and every time.

Great experience. So glad we stopped in. Impressed with the cleanliness of this location. Large bar area with outdoor seating and the girls were not just beautiful, they are so friendly and attentive!!! We are Hooters regulars and WOW! Wings were perfect, out quick, drinks were the same! We're in the area for work the next few months, we will certainly be back, often! Thank you! This was our backup after having a terrible experience at a different restaurant in the area this evening!!! Second visit, Lys was our waitress, she was not attentive, would walk past table multiple times without checking on us, it was irritating. So, knocked rating to four stars, I expect more from a Hooters trainer!
