It was the same at the store in Merrillville as it was last time I was in the Tinley Park store. Consistent at any store. Muffin was good and not overly sweet. Coffee was hot and fresh. Place was clean and stocked. Staff was friendly.

I hope I’m not jinxed after this. 😆 But I been meaning to leave a review for Panera for the longest. I have not yet had a bad experience and everyone is so pleasant here. Sitting here in my car leaving a bad review for another restaurant, I HAD to leave a positive one for Panera because the staff here is always friendly, gets my order right, and gets me out the drive thru with speed and efficiency. Thank you so much Panera. I might be eating with you guys tomorrow on my lunch.

Great place to have a quick breakfast or brunch. We stopped by on our way from Chicago to Indy for a quick coffee break. The croissants were nice and freshly baked. And bagels were warm and tasty.

I don't normally spend time leaving a review but I really had to this time. The food was really great and the cashier was super kind and even apologized for the very short wait time. These workers better be gettin' paid good for all of the amazing service they're providing.

When my boyfriend and I walked in, Jadon was very kind and happily took our order. It left a good taste in our mouths. We will definitely visit this location again in the future.

Daught had surgery today so I thought I treat her with one of her favorite restaurants. We went through the drive thru and ordered for four people. Three bread bowl pick two with a half sandwich large drink and a dessert, also a turkey sandwich. My order came out to almost $66 and I left a $10 tip. When I got home I seen no bread bowls, one missing cup of soup, and a half sandwich missing. I know it gets busy there, but I did not appreciate that service even after a asked the employee before leaving is that it? Are you sure? Ugh I didn't get to enjoy me meal. I made sure my family did, even though they didn't get their bread bowls for their soup.

The line took so long to get served people were actually driving away. This is the 2nd visit I have requested 2 pickles with my whole sandwich and this is the 2nd time I've only gotten one. You'd think when they charge $11 for 1 sandwich and a potato chip they could get it right.

Service was amazing! From the kind cashier that took my order to the smiling people that called my name, this location left an amazing taste in my mouth. The food was also amazing.
