Pho Thang Long

Update This is the second time coming here. The first time we came in for my regular meal and realized this is a new restaurant. The service is great. Food is delicious my go-to meal is beef stew with egg noodles. Plenty of beef, large chunks of careers. Very tasty. Had an order of chicken wings, crispy spring rolls, and fresh spring rolls. We also had a lemongrass chicken bahn. Everything is tasty. The cafe su da iced coffee was spot on. This review is a 4.5-star review. This is a casual relaxed restaurant. We will be back. This is my favorite pho place and I’ve been to many - including pho 75 which is supposed to be really authentic and the best. This place is better in my opinion, and they’re so sweet and kind. I love their spring rolls, their “just steak” pho option and their lime sodas. Good comes out hot and fast.

I have never dined in but always ordered to go. I work in the area and saw how close they were and with the previous reviews I decided to try them out. IM SO GLAD I DID! The broth is very good along with the meat and noodles. I also tried the Vermicelli Bowl with Pork and Egg rolls and definitely was great. The people who took my order were very nice and checked me out in a timely manner. My food was always ready to go as soon as I arrived. Can't wait to try to dine in one of these days :)

I was famished, perusing menus posted in successive restaurants in Pan Am Center. Really hoping for a dish liaded with tender veg. I always judge by what makes my mouth water as I'm reading. Two pretty young ladies on the way in advised me that this is their fave pho source, preferring shrimp pho. I chose steak pho with extra noodles and an order of sha cha (crispy brown good but too greasy ~ next time I'll try shrimp rolls). The people had the look of hard-working owners with time only for real, friendly smiles. I think it's a great place for a quick informal meal. It's not fancy, but it's tasty and real.
