Chipotle Mexican Grill

Sometimes you can come to this Chipotle and it's overrun with people. It's messy and annoying. Sometimes the people making the food seem like they're burnt out and have been working way too long and need a break. The food is consistently good. I've never had any sort of an issue with the food from this establishment. Randomly other customers will make it a difficult experience.

We had food delivered and when we received it items were missing. We called and spoke to the manager and he apologized and told us to come in and he would replace the whole order. We went in the next day and asked for the manager. We wanted to meet him since he was very nice on the phone. He came over introduced himself and remembered are situation. He immediately told his food handler to give us whatever we wanted. Well..I met alot of managers in my day but this one really understood what it takes to keep customers happy! Needless to say we'll definitely be going back to the Merrick location to eat! I really enjoy a no hassle manager who really understands the food business. I owned a restaurant years ago and I would of hired this manager in a heart beat. The owner here is very lucky to have him as his manager. All the people working there are very nice and helpful. Food is very good also. Place is clean. Again..thanks to good management.
