Historically, my family and I have never been huge German food fans, but Zur Autobahn has changed us! Super good food, must try the sauerkraut!! Everything on the menu is home made and bursting with flavor! My son ordered the pork roast and he’s been drooling for days thinking about his next visit! Limited hours and limited seating.. definitely recommend making reservations!

two days ago was the first time we went to this good restaurant. But It is surely not the last. We passed a splendid evening with the attentive service, with the exceptional cooking and fine drinks and with the decent pay. We will no doubt return there in a short time.

Such a cool restaurant! This is the type of place you dream of finding and telling your friends about!
Practically in the middle of nowhere, Zur Autobahn is a unique spot and a must-visit. The interior is decorated with automotive memorabilia and car show awards (making this place extra cool for a gearhead like me) and family owned and operated.
The first page of the menu tells a great story about how the owners had an automotive company in Germany but Conny always dreamed of opening a restaurant. When they moved to Texas they made the dream a reality!
Great homemade German food awaits you here and it's BYOB if you'd like to bring something alcoholic.
Stop in if you're in the area or make take a road trip out there (pretty country-side all around). A great and unique experience awaits!
