Gino's Italian Restaurant

Great place for a nice dinner date or family sit-down. Oil/garlic mix and pillow soft bread was a perfect start to our meal. The juicy stuffed mushrooms were definitely the star of the show and most delicious menu item we ordered. Pesto gnocchi and pancetta pasta were full of flavor and cooked perfectly. Disappointed that a few of our top dessert choices were sold out but the ones we ordered were still divine. Definitely try to snag a table at this spot.

Being new in the area we met another couple here for dinner. They eat here on a regular basis and felt we would enjoy it. We very much did and found the food to be very good, an imaginative menu and a good wine list. I had the smoked boar hock and it was outstanding. My wife had the seafood fettuccine and she really enjoyed it. The other couple had a calamari salad and fettuccine Bolognese. All of the meals were fantastic. The service was both efficient and friendly.

Absolutely terrible customer service the food is ice cold. I live less than a half a mile away and ordered for takeout and this is what I received for $60, do not waste your money or time here the manager ended up refunding my money but did not apologize for the terrible experience or let down in portion size and food quality. I Do not recommend this place. If I could give -5 stars I would.

Empty glasses and empty plates. If I could give zero I would. This place is absolutely horrendous. I get it your backed up, but 1 hour for food is ridiculous. Its Thursday evening and not even every table in your restaurant is sat. No manager visible, no supervisor. Barely old enough staff to work and hardly handle the business here. Can't believe this place is even open.

Great restaurant! This was the first time in a really long time I'd been in so everything was like brand new to me. Our server Nina was super nice and helpful with menu choices. I had the lasagne di mare which was delicious. Husband had the tortellini quattro fromagio with shrimp added which was also great. The seasoned olive oil that comes with the bread is the best I've ever had at any Italian restaurant and I totally want to try making it at home. The prices aren't bad for what you get. The tiramisu for dessert is also definitely worth a try.

Just arrived for a wedding in town and thought this place looked good. Well the wine and bread were good. Don't know about the dinners because after waiting well over an hour for our food we sent back 2 of the plates because they were cold. Not warm or a little warm but cold. My brother in law kept his just because he was so hungry. They offered to reheat (really??) we said no thanks. The server tried to explain several times how busy the kitchen was. As I looked around the room there were a couple of tables open and no patio dinning. Not sure why the kitchen couldn't keep up. Finely the manager came over giving us all kinds of reasons why this happened, that's the way we serve it here, we can reheat it, I'm not sure what you want. Not a we're sorry anywhere in the conversation. What we wanted was to have a nice HOT meal. I guess we should have come in with all the people who gave good reviews to this place. Apparently the came in when it was a good day for the kitchen staff.
