Not even worth rating. WORST TACO BELL. We waited for 45 min in the drive thru line. Customer service sucks. The lady didn’t acknowledge that we just waited for 45 min to get our order, no apology for the wait, nothing. The last few times we’ve gone here it’s been the worst experience. Not planning on going anytime soon. They can’t seem to hold staff or get it together. Our order was wrong. Hopefully they’ll just close and get it over with.

Every single time me and my partner try to order food here as vegetarians, our refried beans are substituted with beef. This happens so often that we make sure to try and ask as politely as possible for certain items to be vegetarian, but almost every time at least one item has meat. One time a Mexican pizza had 1/4th beef and 3/4 beans. It literally seems intentional and it is so frustrating to just have to throw away food because it was not made correctly according to a dietary restriction. It is disrespectful and unfair that even when I try to call back and see if we can have our food remade, the calls are declined during business hours. With our schedules when we work late, sometimes the only option for a quick dinner on the way home is McDonald’s which only has fries for vegetarians and Taco Bell which has more options when the food is actually made right. If it was just once or twice I wouldn’t even normally leave a review, but this specific location has served us the wrong food 9/10 times we’ve been here.
