You generally can't get a proper feel for a restaurant during a rushed visit on a vacation week in the summer... but here you can. To me, that says something special. Even if the wait time for food may be a tad longer than you'd like some days (they are a huge vacation spot and located on the water in the beautiful Meredith) ... the staff is always friendly, educated on the menu, and attentive. The drinks (watermelon bowl & rum buckets especially) are a great way to kill time waiting for the "worth the wait" food. I'm always seriously impressed by this place! I'm forever sad that it can't be a year round experience, thank goodness for the other CMan restaurants in the mean time.
Great waitress, food and service! We had the boneless barbecued chicken breast dinner! Loved it! We’ve gone there before and will return again!
I picked this restaurant because they had a boiled lobster dinner. As a bonus, there was a beautiful view, live music, and blueberries in my blueberry beer! My husband loved his grilled chicken sandwich. My lobster was yummy, the French fries were crispy, and the corn was buttery and delicious as well. It was a perfect summer dinner.
The atmosphere here is amazing! Gorgeous views of Meredith Bay! The food was delicious! I highly recommend their fresh squeezed lemonade.
Great place. The bartender was amazing. Especially after a large wedding party showed up. They made sure to help them out as they other location was closed.

My very first time visiting the lake. So lucky to have a wonderful friend give me the grand tour via boat for a few days. On my last day there, he took me to Town Docks. We had a great boat ride and a beautiful walk waiting for it to open. We had steamers a couple of cocktails and more lobster than we could even begin to finish! Everything fresh and fantastic including the service. We were one of the first people there and by the time we ordered our food the place was full. We enjoyed watching all of the boats, had a visit by a mama duck and a bunch of babies, and truly had a blast. It is definitely a social gathering place as we continuously ran into people that stopped to visit and say hello. Will definitely have to come back and visit-hopefully they will have some live music at some point.
My favourite spot in Meredith for lakeside dinner and cocktails. The burgers were tasty and the margaritas even more so.
Was there for lunch on a nice August day. Sat outside overlooking the lake. We had a swordfish appetizer which was good. I went with fish and chips which was vod but i prefer haddock. My lunch partner had a good sized salad with grilled salmon and enjoyed it. Nice bar menu but at lunch i stuck with non alcohol.
Amazing every time! I ate here about five times during my stay last week. Such a great atmosphere with beach music and good vibes. They are great with dietary restrictions such as gluten free and diary free. I highly recommend the Dock’s chicken sandwich with chipotle mayo and the Dock’s burger with pineapple. You can see how delicious they look in the photos.
Went to the Town Docks Restaurant in Meredith , NH, a beautiful setting for a meal , right on Winnipesaukee ! We had the Town Docks burger a d it was a double burger with sweet sauce, Pineapple, lettuce , tomato and bacon on a soft bun ; it was delicious and filling ! Also had the Mahi Mahi tacos and they got rave reviews , the pickled onions looked great! The fish sandwich also got excellent reviews! The mixed drinks were exceptional. We had an appetizer of fresh made onion rings and they were good ; the only complaint was the basket looked like a 1/2 order so they need to give more onion rings ! Overall , a place to go back to !
This is a review about their ice cream stand. It is on an amazing spot right at Meredith Town docks and it is Common Man ice cream so it is great! And I don't know of too many places that serve $6 shakes which is so worth it! Do yourself the favor and mix up the flavors- I got a chocolate+ churro shake which was hinting at Mexican chocolate like flavor... So so so good!
It was ok. Could have been a little cleaner. But food was good and the atmosphere was pretty nice sitting outside by the lake. It was beautiful on a summer evening. Prices were a little high but it wouldn't stop me from coming here again.
We had one of the best ice cream cones I've ever had Blueberry cobbler at the C Man ice cream shop outside the main building to the left.
