In-n-out Burger

While in California do what Californians do. In-N-out burger chain restaurant that is very busy. Good service and OK burgers. Got mine animal style(onions and special sauce) as something different from other burger chains. It's OK but ehhh. You can get it on the burger and the fries. I would not get the fries animal style again. Glad I tried it as I've heard so much about it.

I love eating here as the hamburgers and cheeseburgers are delicious! Even though the line is always long, it is always worth the wait since the food is absolutely amazing and the workers are always on task. They have combos and also sell burgers alone. Sodas, pink lemonade and shakes. 10/10 I always have a great time enjoying my food from here. They have never disappointed me ever before in my life. Animal fries are a common food that a lot of people enjoy. I personally enjoy hamburgers a lot more than cheeseburgers because I don't really like cheeseburgers so I always order hamburgers. Pro tip: ask for extra of their special sauce and you can add extra to your burger or enjoy it with animal fries- or just plain fries!

For the past few months, a friend & I have spent a Friday evening every other week at this In N Out. We actually stopped the 1st time unexpectedly to get ketchup for our meal which we’d made ourselves from home and planned to find somewhere to eat in public like a late night picnic. I figured I’d buy a shake and ask for a few packets of ketchup. We parked in the lot in front and I ran inside. When I returned, we ate, listened to music and people watched while chatting. We sat and watched the various people come and go for hours, making up silly stories about what they were doing. We actually lost track of the time because we were enjoying ourselves and really had nowhere to be so late at night. There was a LOT of foot traffic, everyone from teens to older adults. Everyone was happy, in a good mood and there were really no issues either time. It was a good, well proportioned crowd. Even though by the end of the night we’d been sitting there in our car for 5.5 hours, doing nothing but talking and not causing problems whatsoever, the security didn’t bother us. He saw we weren’t bothering anyone, doing anything suspicious and that after the 1st 3 hours, we were hungry (again) and went inside to buy burgers and drinks. So because of the chill vibe, we ended up spending $ we hadn’t even intended. We even went in & out to use the restrooms a few times with no hassle. The women's was remarkably clean for the foot traffic. My point is it was a very welcome, chill, relaxed place to eat that we found so comfortable we ended up deciding it was our “thing” to do when there’s nothing else going on and we just want to be out of the house. It was safe even at 1am because of the security guard present and the food & service were awesome. When we went to start our vehicle, the battery was dead. We’d used up all the juice while listening to music. We couldn’t find anyone with jumper cables until we asked an In n Out employee named Rain whom was ending her shift. She not only let us use her cables but backed her car to let us connect them to it. She did this AFTER her shift when she could’ve simply said no and been on her way. This is exemplary, and above and beyond great customer service. But more importantly, this shows what a great human Rain is. I spent 3 minutes w the young woman and she was a genuine sweetheart, friendly and with such a wonderful personality. She doesn’t know it yet because she did it with no intention other than to help a fellow human in need but she is due some great karma. I hope it finds her sooner rather than later.
