Food was great. A Supreme Burrito. First time back in 2 years as food got yucky. This was great one. Not like souped in sauce and fully filled. It was like the old days....yummy. workers are learning, but attitude at work should be happy. I will be back. Easy access at a light and very clean.

To start my experience was AWFUL. I am visiting Mentor OH from MI. I stopped at this location and spent $70.00. This was the WORST experience ever at any fast food I’ve ever visited the food was TERRIBLE…. but I will say I called and spoke with Jackie. She was very pleasant and replaced my order, the replacement was AMAZING. Thank you Jackie for turning a bad experience good.

This location has the best customer service and quick made food hot! I made an oops and ordered on the app using the wrong location for pick up. Even tho I order at the wrong store this location made it right! This location and Tyler host them same ownership! Thank u again! Happy Friday!

Underrated. I usually go at night and my only issue would be the insanely long wait times. But they make it right. My orders aren't messed up, the employees aren't rude, and one time when they were out of beef, they gave me extra tacos for free, plus a huge stack of coupons for free tacos when they pulled me up to wait for my order.

The staff. Personal who took our order was so fun over this speaker making my sister Darlene Mann n I crack up laughing n through drive throu. The food was made exactly as we ordered. The menu has so many great options to choose from. This taco bell sure knows how to treat people. Fast friendly service for a fun filled day like my sister n I were on.

I love Tacos!
They get the order right most of the time, they seem to be struggling with staffing at the moment so quality and accuracy leave something to be desired. They always take care of correcting your order and being sure that you're satisfied though. Love going here.
